Suffice it to say the owner contacted me via Yelp, and complained that I had given a bad review, claiming her husband is in IT and so they are unhackable. Riiiijght. Then she said she isn't the owner, which is weird because Yelp listed her as such. She also lectured me again that the staff's time is more valuable than mine.
