The massage by Kristina was top knotch - I give her 5 stars, but..... First off, I called August 30, 2023 and they told me $69/month for the monthly membership. I signed up and had the massage 3 days later and it was awesome. When I was charged for the membership on August 30, 2023, the membership charge came up as $77. When I got a hold of them, (NOT EASY!) they told me the price went up Monday the 28th - (3 days BEFORE I called and was told $69). It still said $69 on the website. No offer to return the extra amount out of courtesy - no apology. Just "the girl told you the wrong price." Horrible customer service. Oh, they are nice - IF you can get a hold of them - but they don't do what they say they will. I ended up cancellling the membership 2 weeks later. I didn't like the customer service and I felt they didn't handle the situation properly. I didn't want to deal with a company like that as I foresaw more problems down the line. Since then, I have been charged 2 more times for a membership I had cancelled. I was charged September 30th - 2 weeks after I canceled it. After many attempts to get a hold of them, they finally returned the overcharges and said everything was cancelled - the payments and the membership. I believed them. But wait, there's more! I was charged AGAIN at the end of October after being told TWICE that it was cancelled! Now, I am furious! This is twice I was told it was cancelled and I got charged again. So, after trying to get a hold of them on the phone today with no success - (every choice you choose on the phone menu tells you to go to the website) - I went to the business in person. I explained that I was VERY angry and that I am not a bitch and hate confrontation, but this needs to be fixed TODAY! The girls were nice and apologetic and said that the previous girl (it has been a different person every time I talk to them) didn't do it right and that they have it fixed. They said they sent an email to the owner, Sue Gance, explaining the situation. I left feeling better and calmed down. Time will tell. If I get charged again in November, I will be taking legal action to get this settled once and for all! I hate confrontation and I always try to be nice - "until it's time not to be nice." (Patrick Swayze - Road House). This is the short version...they don't answer the phone, they don't return phone calls and they don't cancel memberships when you ask. It is unfortunate because I really liked my massage and the therapist. She was very nice and did a great job. Had they treated the financial part of it any differently, I would have continued my membership. I am not going to say don't go there. The massage was good. I had one previously in February as my BF got me a gift card. Shaun was really good, also. That is why I decided to get a membership. What I am going to say is be VERY vigilent on the finance end. Make sure that you get charged what they tell you it will be. I have seen other reviews with money issues and being told different prices than what you are charged. Hopefully the owner will get some quality office people in there that know what they are doing.

Sadly... the tornado won. The acrylic removal began normally enough, until the technician started drilling my pinky nail with the enthusiasm of someone trying to dig for buried treasure. The drill got so hot I'm pretty sure I saw my ancestors. I very politely said, "Ow, that hurt." She very politely said, "I'll be gentler." And then she proceeded to drill like she was trying to start a campfire. Next came the shaping. I showed her a picture of what I wanted--simple, (trust see pics) cute, achievable. Twice she filed my nails, twice she asked, "Is this it?" and twice the answer was a solid, heartfelt, absolutely not. I explained it. I even used hand gestures. She looked at me with the calm serenity of someone who had chosen violence and ignoring instructions. But nothing prepared me for the manicure. Or should I say... "manicure." There was no warm bowl of sudsy water. No gentle soak. No heavenly lotion. No cuticle oil. Not even the traditional "let me pretend to massage your hands for five seconds." Instead, she did a quick file, a quick snip, and then asked--completely sincerely-- "Do you want a neck massage?" A neck massage. During a manicure. Ma'am, my hands were going through a crisis. The entire experience cost me $35, which feels appropriate only if the service included a surprise psychological plot twist--and in that case, wow, they delivered. In conclusion, the staff was friendly, but the service was like a comedy sketch no one warned me about.
