Michael always answered promptly and in ways that made it easy for us to understand. If there was something confusing, he breaks everything down in great detail. He was great at making us feel comfortable enough to ask him anything at anytime! Not only is he knowledgeable about the ins and outs of realty but he has a great eye for seeing the positives and negatives in homes. He pointed out things at houses that we never would have seen on our own. After seeing multiple houses that were not a fit for us, he always had an optimistic attitude reassuring us that the perfect house for us is out there. He was right! When we found the home we loved, Michael was involved every step of the way. We had a few frustrating hiccups along the way with the seller but Michael handled it all very gracefully. He kept in touch with the seller and updated us as often as he could. We could not have gotten thru those frustrating moments without Michael. In the end, everything worked out! Michael was even able to renegotiate our agreed price to a lower one! That was a pleasant surprise for us! Overall, we are very happy we went with Michael as our realtor instead of previous ones we had met. And thanks to Michael, I am able to write this review while sitting in my wonderful new home.

We were very well-informed of the process and has helped bridge some gaps and challenges we had by keeping us in check with our paperwork. Our closing took longer than expected, but Greg waited for us (I know that's not required), but he made sure that everything was taken care of and the house was set. He even helped us with various things we couldn't figure out inside the house like resetting the garage door code and even gave us a folder with great information and contact number. All of the team are very friendly and make you feel comfortable during a really stressful transition. I remember our first home search. My wife and I had spoken with 2 realtors before meeting David and neither gave us much confidence. Neither seemed particularly knowledgeable and during home showings seemed to be there just to open the door. On a couple occasions realtors took us to see houses that didn't meet needs we specified in advance. David came prepared with a folio of homes in the area we were interested in. It was a nice touch to have all the listings were going to see, with their details, in our hands as we looked around. As we did our home search, David was quick to point to home elements that were pros and cons. He took a genuine interest in studying each house and giving opinions. The team has always been quick to answer questions, keep the home sale organized, and have been able to refer us to top quality contractors when needed. You really can't go wrong with Shallow Team.

First, selling my condo; Brian is calm, organized, responsive and absolutely knew how to price and sell my condo. I got the right offer and with the right buyer. Purchasing a home became quite the challenge in a very low inventory, sellers market. Every house of interest had 10-20 offers within 1-2 days. In this type of market experience and expertise matter even more. What mattered even more is that Brian is the broker other brokers want to work with; he is the professional they know they can count on him to get things done. In a competitive market where offers are very close having the broker who others recognize as professional, courteous and who can execute is literally the difference that gets you to closing.

We met Brian at an open house that he was showing, and we decided to call him after meeting with other agents who were just not our speed. Brian was a great fit--I knew he was going to be great to work with when he offered to come to us for our first meeting so that we didn't have to find a babysitter or bring antsy kids to an office. Working with Brian was great because he is knowledgable, patient, and sincere. Our house hunt took a year, with multiple bidding wars, and an almost-purchase we ran from after inspection. I am so glad we didn't give up, though, and that Brian stuck with us, because in the end we were able to find and purchase *our* home. It feels great--exactly where we were meant to be--and we are so thankful that Brian helped to get us here!
