I have thyroid cancer and was referred to Dr. O'Hare by my endocrinologist. I arrived at my first…read moreappointment 20 mintues early, as requested. I filled out paperwork and paid my copay.....and then sat in the waiting room for half an hour. My 1pm appointment time came and went, and no one told me anything, though during that hour I discovered that there were two other people, also waiting for a 1pm appointment with him. He TRIPLE-BOOKED the appointment time. Finally I'm taken into a back room, the nurse takes my blood pressure, and.....I wait some more. I arrived at 12:40pm for a 1:00pm appointment, and he didn't walk into the room until 1:45pm. He offered no apologies or information on why he was late. He spent ten minutes with me, half of which was spent paying more attention to his medical student than me, and the other half of which he spent standing up and edging towards the door. Because he came so highly recommended, I decided to give him another chance and scheduled my pre-op, operation, and post-op. I arrived today at my designated appointment time, with appointment card in hand, and was told that I was in their system for next week and would have to come back then. I told them no, my appointment is very clearly written as today, and in return they cancelled all of my other appointments, including my surgery, and told me to find another doctor. Dr. O'Hare then called my endocrinologist to say that this egregious mix-up was somehow my fault, despite the fact that I showed up when they told me to in writing, and that he refused to ever see me again. Dr. O'Hare isn't a doctor at all. He triple-books appointments, spends more time trying to get away from patients than to care for them, and blames the patient for his office's mistakes. Anyone who cancels surgery on a cancer patient because his office screwed up doesn't deserve to call themselves a medical professional, and shouldn't be allowed to operate on people.

I have a mixed review... one of the receptionists was extremely helpful for me going above and…read morebeyond. Others were short and unfriendly. I called to verify that my test results had received review by a doctor...not the details...just that it was complete and how I could obtain it... they disconnected the phone call and the number no longer connects. I was told they shut the phones off at lunch, I cannot verify that, but I cannot call them and its too far for me to drive just to find out my results are not available. I know the phone number will not connect so I'm inclined to believe they shut the phones off at lunch... unacceptable. There are no laws prohibiting a medical company from giving the status of the availability of a test either for pick up or download... the details, however, are protected. I wanted to know if the test was available to pickup or if it was forwarded to the VA in which case I could download. Not acceptable practice or policy

Horrible profound unprofessionalism from staff. Let me explain. I need a MRI of my neck after a CT…read morescan showed something. Okay so reached out to my orthopedic doc. Where a shoulder one has been schedule with already, he refuses. Thats another issue on its own. So I see my GP and she orders the MRI at Atlantis Diagnostic on 5/20/2026. I wait a week reach out to my GP to find out where she ordered it to so I may call them and see what is taking them. I call 5/28 Told by Kat that it has not been approved by insurance. So I call my insurance they never received a order for a neck MRI. Call Back to Atlantis again Kat answered again and said she has it but has not sent it in and is not at her desk. 6/1 call Rob answer and tells me they never received it. Call him out on his lie then he transfers me to Kat again. And again, it was oh yeah I am not at my desk and haven't done it still. So how are you answering the phone if you're not at your desk. Horrible so I call me GP and have it changed. I wouldn't have left it at that and not written this but today 6/24/2026 guess who calls me to schedule my MRI, Kat. Now I have already had a appointment somewhere else. Its been over a month and I procced to tell her this. She catches a attitude with me and tells me I need to wait. So I cut her off explain no I do not and I wouldn't let her take a image of my dead dog let alone me. Waiting on them and I cannot work till I get this fixed, yet they don't seem to care if I have to wait 6-8 weeks to schedule a MRI and another month before I get seen. Kat believes that is okay with her because she is healthy and working so no issues. Great customer service from the staff here. And you're in the business of caring for people what a pathetic way to serve customer hope you're not in pain and waiting on starting PT or other option like I am because now it's been almost 3 months (started end of April with this issue, also been to the ER twice) this has been going on and I am still not back to work or in PT still.
