I didn't speak up during the cut, as the stylist's tone made it very uncomfortable to do so. When I asked questions or suggested changes.. she went from using her very animated customer service voice (which was also uncomfortable....) to using a sarcastic and condescending voice with an irritated look on her face.. (Noya was my stylist) After going home and styling my hair myself.. I was really dissatisfied and decided to reach back out.. the receptionist was kind and helpful, I was told I'd get a phone call THAT DAY as well as a follow up text to rebook with the same stylist. well.. I didn't get the call but did get the text the NEXT DAY.. so i decided to just go elsewhere. Paid $25 at another salon and got exactly what I wanted. I'm sure it works for some, but for me, $130 for a trim vs. $25 for a great cut says everything.
