The company was selected through my insurance company. The purpose of them was to have them come…read moreout and assist with water removal from a sewer back up in my home. When the 2 gentlemen arrived I asked them if they wanted to put on boots because the standing water was sewage water and had fecal matter floating in some areas. The gentleman stated no that they were not there to do water removal but to look at the clean up and provide and estimate. I explained that I was told different and that I did not need them for that purpose. While I was talking the guy interrupted me and just walked into the home. I immediately called my adjusted and explained they are not here for what I was told and he apologized stating the company site states that they do water removal. I asked at this point could I find my own services because I have a minor child in my home with sewage smell growing stronger each day, that the water had already been in the home for 3 days and was causing more and more damage each day and he said yes. When the gentleman came back out of my home about 7-10 min later I explained that I did not need their services. The guy became even more rude telling that he was coming back because the insurance company reach out. I explained I am the owner and I say who can and cant come into my home. He then attempted to tell me about my policy and what it covers. I stopped him and explained I already know what my policy covers and I already have been in contact with my adjustor and that I only needed information on his service. He again stated they were not there for water removal and that once the plumbers came and fixed the issues and remove the water they could come back for clean up and attempted to give me a list of things he wanted me to do. I again explained I would not need him to go over anything as I would not need their services I would be working with a company of my choice that does the plumbing and water mitigation. He continue to try and over talk me and be rude and by saying that I need to listen to him and when I said to just leave off my property he got mad and said fine since you dont want to listen we dont have to do anything and walked back to his van. I then pulled off and drove to the end of my street where they continued to stay parked at my house for about 20 min then pulled up the street to where I was stayed there for another 5-10. I have NEVER delt with someone so unprofessional, condescending, rude, and nasty because I the customer had questions and I the OWNER chose not to go with their services. I have a right to work with or not work with anyone that I dont want and I dont have let anyone talk to me anyway either. The sad part is I looked up the reviews and there wasnt much bad sad so I thought I would have had a better experience. I am happy that this mostly took place in front of my ring bell and I have it for my records. I was able to reach out to Rotor Rooter who came out with in a few hours and helped with everything in 1 setting. I unfortunately would not refer this company based on how I was treated.

One example is a 10 x 13 heavy wool rug in my living room. I've had it since 2010. About 8 years ago, my dog chewed a hole in it. They repaired it so perfectly, I still can't find the repair.
