Each plate comes with 4 tacos Chicken quesadilla: 10/10, lots of chicken and cheese and the tortilla was fried to perfection! It tasted like rotisserie chicken and it was flavorful on its own. Chicken tacos: 8/10, this was okay, with the added salsa and onions it tasted really good but not that great on its own. Al pastor tacos: 10/10, the steak was so flavorful and wasn't too tough or chewy. Brisket tacos: 10/10, the brisket had the best smokey taste. It was addicting! Plus when paired with the onions and salsa?? A masterpiece. All the tacos were made with flour tortillas (which I love!) After I ordered and paid a gentleman told me it would be about a fifteen to twenty minute wait for my burrito. I was forced to stand out in the sun for twenty-five minutes before my food was finally ready. A word to the wise! Today I ordered the "Diablo Burrito" which came with steak, chicken, bacon, cheese, green chile, and potatoes. The burrito was accompanied by two tiny cups of salsa, one red and one green. The red was fairly hot. The burrito was handed to me in a foil wrap and placed in a bag. This was a pretty hefty burrito for the money. The ingredients were all quality and had tons of flavor. The tortilla had a nice texture and flavor as well. But, but, the very thin tortilla fell apart and disintegrated as I consumed the burrito. I had to finish half of it with a fork as it could no longer be held in the hand. (Again, if you plan on eating the burrito in a car a word to the wise.) I must say, however, that this burrito served by Los Sanchez Grill was one very tasty, very good burrito. It was also a lot of quality food for the money. I had the green chile burrito...I love what they did with the meat. For a dish that is very simple, it must be the marinade or the sauce that really made this stand out to me. Surprisingly, it was the ice cold lettuce and avocado garnish on the side that really impressed me. It made the whole meal refreshing which was great because it was a hot night. We also got the large flauta for my son and the green beef (made with ground beef) enchiladas combo with beans and rice complete with the egg on top. These dishes were okay in my book. They open at 7 am every morning and they serve breakfast...can't wait to try it. This restaurant is pretty popular in Las Cruces as this is their 3rd location in town.
