Visited the truck at Sweet Fest. Had watermelon & limon frescas. Delicious. Went for the bacon burgers but were disappointed. The meat was Very undercooked, to the point that the center was cold, shiny and soft. Neither burger was eaten and we stopped for drive through in the way home. Whataburger gets it right. read more

I love the tacos, and I love the theme of this food truck! The seasoning was spectacular. If you want authentic Mexican food, this is definitely a restaurant you want to try. I love how they called out each order based on a card with a phrase on it. For instance, when you place an order they had you a card with a specific catch phrase on it like, "el mundo". Once your order is ready they yell out, "El Mundo.." and you have to yell it back out to them lol It was cute! Also, the hot salsa sauce was to die for! I usually catch these guys at the farmer's market on Saturdays. Their posole sample is delicious, but the first time I ate their food I had a carne asada quesadilla and it was GOOD! Yesterday, my husband and I stood in a short line and it was well worth the wait. My husband had THE ROCK burger. The ham and pineapple with the beef was awesome...even the greens and tomatoes were fresh. The bun didn't get soggy and was toasted. I had the Rey Mysterio chicken tacos. The chicken was grilled perfectly, along with the onions and green peppers. Their salsa is not only hot/spicy, but has tons of flavor!
