We were fortunate to have received Shay's contact information from a neighbor. Our Phoenix luxury home had been on the market for almost six months with a different listing agent, and we were about to take it off the market. However, after one meeting with Shay, we had faith that with her as our agent, the house would sell. We were right. Shay's work ethic throughout the selling process was truly remarkable. At every step of the journey, her expertise was made manifest. From working with difficult buyers' agents, to hosting numerous successful open houses, to redrafting and editing certain verbiage in the documents to make sure we were protected, Shay always came through. Professional, genuine, unyielding, and kind--Shalyn restored our faith in the home selling process. She was a blessing for our family. There is no better agent for anyone who is looking to buy or sell in Arizona.

In addition, when the property we had listed with another realtor sat on the market for 120 days and had numerous offers fall through due to a total lack of communication and effort by that company, we cancelled our contract to work with Tucker to help sell it. The first day our property was on the market, Tucker was able to negotiate a deal the other realtor was fully incapable of completing.
