Rude and unethical realtor!. He should know that the new homeowner does not own the home until it is recorded, yet he allowed them to come and construct a large kennel on the property prior to closing. That is trespassing. The new owners wanted the house empty, and he decided to stalk and take photos of items being moved from the home. He and the buyers refused to stay out of the home and out of the way so that their repairs could be made and the house could be emptied. read more

The relator my boyfriend and I worked with was Kevin, and let me say hands down best relator I've worked with. He would reply day or night and always made time for home viewings and made personalized lists of homes he'd think we'd like too see and informed us on everything. I know some people think relators have a reputation of trying to make a sale but definitely not Kevin, he actually would give us his honest opinion when we'd ask about certain things and always told us not to settle for a home and that we'll keep looking till we find the right one. Kevin is an awesome guy. Off the bat you could tell the ambition and passion he had to make sure my girlfriend and I found the perfect place to suite both our wants and needs. For me a HUGE pro was when he handed me he business card and had a bible scripture on it. I moved out here from NY and grew up in the church.
