Matt has provided above and beyond my expectations of what a real estate broker should do. For 2+ months, he went with us every weekend to look at condo to buy. He was always prompt (usually early), and was always on top of any communications. I was never left hanging, wondering what the answer to my questions were. He never pushed a sale, and was honest when a place looked like it wasn't worth it. His advice was always given in good faith, and I never once felt like he was just trying to get us to buy a place and finally be done with it. I find that incredibly amazing because after 2+ months, I was ready to give up, but Matt stuck through until the end. Even during escrow, he always asked for updates to make sure things were going on schedule. I especially recommend Matt if you are a first time home buyer. He will put your uncertainties to rest. This was not our first home, so I felt I could not take full advantage of what Matt truly offered because I was already somewhat familiar with the home buying experience.
