Service involved minimal communication, with limited english spoken, both at the front desk and during my treatment. I paid beforehand with a credit card, which included a $2 fee, and tipped in cash afterward. A pretty straightforward process. Parking in the Milpitas Square plaza was a pain. If you have an appointment on a weekend, I recommend coming early and giving yourself enough time to secure a spot.

She then started talking to the two ladies that massaged us, and one of them said $10 tip is the minimum tip for one person. During the facial one of the products they used was very oily and it got into my eyes. Additionally, the mask product was still stuck to the sides of my face and nose. When I arrived home, I had to get a warm towel to try to extract the oil from my eyes and scrub the mask from my face. Whatever they use, it's tenacious as it took some scrubbing to remove. While the massage is a standard non-personalized routine, I would return for the massage as the prices are attractive. However, I am unable to recommend the facial due to the application and products that are used. With cash, there is a small discount.

You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right.
