Both her and my father ended up picking the same restaurant without consulting each other. Immediately we were greeted with warm welcome and seated at our table. After all the walking, we immediately ordered several starters that eased our hunger. My dad rated that the ebi tempura was the best he ever had and my brother added an additional item to our order. All of us at the table adored the garlic edamame. Later we received the three rolls, sashimi, bulgogi, and the additional ebi tempura with vegetables. We finished everything on our plates, enjoyed our sake, and did not feel overly stuffed. We absolutely enjoyed this experience and will be recommending to everyone who comes to Prague!

I honestly was not expecting much since I knew we were a bit a way from Japan. Regardless, we gave it a try. This is an excellent sushi restaurant. Service was very good and for the price it was well worth it.

European servers are not known for their friendly and attentive service but they were at Yami. We ordered thinking that servings are small and boy were we wrong! Our rolls were huge and we were stuffed. We had to ask for to-go box. We each ordered two rolls and some nigiris. One person ordered a sashimi and sushi combo. It's priced at around 880 Kc. The price points are a little higher than what I can find in L.A. for the same quality of food but I get it; Old Town Prague is very touristy and it shows on the menu. The fish was fresh and everything tasted good. We were really surprised by this as I had written off finding a good sushi restaurant in Prague. I am glad my daughter's cravings won over my trepidation. I have posted the menu and the food we got below.
