I was told that it was and that the company sends out mass texts and to disregard those texts. I was told I wasn't taken off their list yet. I just got a cancellation notice and I called and my policy has been cancelled since July. It is September. Now there is nothing the company can do? I talked to the owner Pamela and she took no fault whatsoever. She said that her computer program canceled tell me if I'm on automatic payment?? So I have been driving without a license unbeknownst to me and they take Zero responsibility. Now I'm at risk of a suspended license.

We are now insured through another agency who also did not see this accident on his record. When we called recently to talk to them about it they said they contacted State Farm for proof but the proof they provided wasn't something they could use. Personally i feel since no other insurance agency sees this accident on his record they just used his excuse to get more money out of him. Not good business practice in my book.

I made an appointment to visit Lisa and see if she could help me lower my car insurance. Due to a very recent accident on my record, I discovered I was not able to switch auto-insurance companies. Since I was already in the office, I moved forward with securing renters insurance with Lisa. I had a house fire 10 years ago and lost everything and unfortunately didn't have renters insurance. I know the struggles of building from the ground up again without any help. It was important to me to secure renters insurance now that I have a family. Lisa really took the time to explain all of my options and offer advice on what she thought would be the best option. I'm very pleased with the monthly renters insurance payment amount. It definitely works within my limited budget. It is so wonderful having piece of mind knowing I can rebuild our lives should something happen. A few months after I started my renters policy, I gained a roommate. I had concerns over if her items would be covered as well if something should happen. I appreciated her ability recount the people in my family and ask about their well-being even though I had not seen her in person for more than a year. She has a good memory. During our appointment Lisa really took the time to play around with all of the coverage options to show me the different monthly amounts I could expect to pay. She was really good to give me example stories of why I might want to pick one option over the other. I really felt like she cared about my family's safety and wanted to provide me with the best auto insurance at the most affordable price. I knew there was a reason that I waited so long to be an auto-insurance customer of Lisa's...she saved me over $1,300 and helped lower my monthly rate to something that was more affordable to fit in my single-parent budget. She also helped me significantly lower my deductible, double my property damage coverage, increase my uninsured motorist coverage and basically provide me with kick-ass insurance for like half the price. In this day and age it's hard to find good quality customer service. Lisa and her staff make me feel like a VIP every time I enter her office. She is very detail-oriented, professional, warm, friendly and knows her stuff. I also really appreciate that she is involved with the Chamber of Commerce and gives back to her community.
