Never having this procedure before, I was totally not prepared for the shock of the intense burning feeling that shot up the side of my face when they administered the novacaine. It hurt and scared the heck out of me - I have to say I was shaking uncontrollably after that and still can't believe that happened without warning. I came to understand why they have to do that but I would have liked to have been given a warning before hand. Once the novacaine had numbed me, the rest of the procedure was totally pain free for which I will always be grateful.

I booked an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised that they are literally 1 mile from my home. Walking into the office I found it very visually beautiful. Upon check-in I did the necessary paperwork and after that I was greeted by a wonderful hygienist named Tara. She took X-rays and then started to gently scrape my teeth. She always asked if I felt any pai, which I didn't. Once the cleaning was done, the younger son, Dr. Matrullo came in to asses my fillings to make sure they were all intact. He asked if I had any concerns and I said yes, I don't like the overcrowding of my teeth since I had braces years ago. He recommended an orthodontist who specializes in Invisalign. Overall this is by far the most wonderful experience I've ever endured regarding dentistry. The customer service is Top Notch, the dentist was very knowledgeable and kind.
