The second vendor came and said, "You don't have mold." He cut the wall, showed me the area was clear. He asked why I thought I had mold, and I said it was because I could see it on the grout. He said that was due to poor ventilation. He told me to change the fan, clean the ducts, and spray bleach on the areas I was concerned about. Then, to make me feel better about my suspicions, he treated the area. The charge...zero dollars. Mr. Moshe Adiva of O.K. Restoration could have taken advantage, but he didn't.
