I cannot say enough good things about dr.schnitt. his office is impeccable, his staff is professional and very kind, and it's always such a 10/10 experience. Vanessa at their office is your life line , she truly is such a gem of a person to have on your side during the surgery process. The surgical center at the office is private and outstanding, you dont have all the noise and distractions that a main hospital would and the OR techs were impressive, kind, and efficient. one of the interns ( brandy) during my procedure was honestly so pleasant during my procedure and really calmed my nerves. my results are amazing within the first week of recovery due to dr. drew's plastic surgery skills, I have had no post op problems... He truly is both an artist and a surgeon! you never feel rushed on unheard during your time with him and it's such a fresh breath of air. I have had Mohs surgery before and was cared for like an independent patient, the procedure never taking more than an hour. I am at 6 hours and there is still someone ahead of me. Livid and disgusted!!!! Wednesday, Update Today I had a conversation with Abbey, Dr.Lewis's operation manager. I commend Dr.Lewis on her choosing Abbey for this position. She was amazingly, professional. Abbey's respectfully listened to my concern regarding the situation that occurred yesterday ;my hideous waiting time for the completion of my Mohs surgery and the overbooking of patients that were gathered in the office etc. Her acknowledging my dissatisfaction , without excuses was extremely satisfying. She understood why I was upset and recognized that I had been a patient since the practice had begun. I have now reconsidered the idea of not leaving the practice. I honestly do not remember ever being treated this disrespectfully anywhere before. I came for a consultation and possibly lip filler. Before even seeing the doctor, the receptionist insisted that I apply numbing cream, which confused me because I first wanted to speak with the doctor and decide whether I even wanted the procedure. While I was waiting, another young lady approached me and started arguing with me about why I was there. She leaned over me while speaking, was speaking in high tones, and used completely inappropriate language. At one point, she literally told me, "If you don't like something, here is the door," and "I don't think you are a good candidate for us. If you don't want to do your lips, then you should leave." These are her exact words, not mine. Eventually, Doctor Diana came out. To her credit, she did acknowledge that the receptionist was rude and inappropriate. But now both kept insisting that I came specifically for lips and not for a consultation, which was incorrect and honestly not even the main issue at that point. This is exactly why I am attaching screenshots from when I made the appointment. Instead of resolving the situation, she stated that I am stressed and nervous and that we should not proceed with any procedure. I actually was not as and as a matter of fact, I was calmer than ever. So I left. Miss Diana, the issue was not just "attitude." The language this employee used was unacceptable in any professional setting. I am a business owner myself, and if I had an employee speaking to clients this way, I would fire them immediately.
