I am personally amazed at the ways the kids are learning to use technology now. Overall, I am quite happy to be a part of this school.

I don't know if they consider this acceptable, but there was ZERO supervision happening.

3 days into the class & I must say this course is a lot better than I anticipated. After reading…read morecertain reviews I was skeptical but with real estate school usually charging more than $400(easily) this establishment has a very uplifting experience to it. Since I've been here there hasn't been a "boring" moment. The instructors read from the text book but also give you REAL LIFE SCENARIOS. I believe the mix of practical and experience is key to any licensee. Remember you are being appointed a position many people would never dare to do because "they are scared" in reality, it's all about understanding the terminology, abiding by the law and understanding what you are allowed and not allowed to do. I have plenty of experience in these mandatory courses and passing a state test. It's not up to them weather you pass or fail, this isn't college, you either WANT this or you don't. You HAVE to spend the time, energy & money to get a state license. When received you will be GREATLY compensated for your efforts. Anyway, the school has been great, instructors are very clear about the end goal and what you need to do in order to achieve success. Weather you are too busy or have too much going on it may be hard, but if you want to acquire a real estate license I would definitely recommend this school. Parking is tough IF you stay close to the strip. The school does a great job laying out a map where you can get the best parking. I park 2 blocks away (Forrest Ave) and I can stay here for a max of 4hours for free. Compared to pumping money every 1hr or 2hrs on the meter. Some people need to be "up front & seen" others like me are focused on making sure my car is not a priority (it's the course) & parked legally with no worries about filling money in a spot that expires every hour or 2. If anything changed upon the schools need to help me gain my real estate license I will update, but by far, this class is not expensive. State exams require you to PAY every time you go into the establishment to acquire your license. If it takes you 1 time or 20 times, YOU are responsible for that, not the course.
