They are short staffed, teachers leave and quit because they don't have the support from their manager who keep accepting kids without being proper staffed. Teachers and manager have lack on knowledge on education or how to handle common issues in babies, they rather implement unrealistic "programs" setting them for failure and kick them out. The teachers don't promote creativity, don't read books on a regular basis, don't do activities (they started to do it only by parent's request for a few weeks, and went back to just sitting there without even interacting with babies). Teachers were caught on their cellphones numerous times, even though there are cameras. They only cover the basics: feeding, and changing diapers. Kids get hurt and injured because teachers are unable to manage toddlers.. Not the owner or the manager have any degree in education.

The training was more knowledgeable than I anticipated. ​I initially felt anxious, but my instructor Mike presented the material in a way that it was more comfortable and engaging that the time flew by. The training was structured to address when I had some anxiety. I learned strategies to recognize my anxiety kicking in and prevent it from interfering with necessary maneuvers. We offered to reschedule or take a refund and have not heard anything back in a month. This side, I would rate a 1 star. Again, Mike was excellent and if they would straighten out the communication issue it would be 5 star rating.
