She believed a number of my son's symptoms: not pooping every day, colic, constant crying, not liking tummy time, and sleep issues were caused by a tongue and lip tie. She was confident that having them released was the solution. To be honest I was skeptical and tremendously nervous about the procedure but we had nothing to lose. The procedure was the solution. My daughter, at the age of 16 months, did not have 10 words in her vocabulary. Knowing there was a delay, we immediately enrolled her into Speech Therapy with Kim. Nancy was amazing at working with our insurance company to ensure reimbursement, and to this day, we are still being reimbursed for the therapy. In a short amount of time, my daughter (now 26 months) is speaking full sentences, stringing together 4, 5 and 6 words, knows her entire alphabet, and can count to 17 on her own! Without Kim and the entire staff at Suburban Speech none of this would have been possible. We truly cannot find enough good things to say!

Had a hearing aid problem but I have experienced the problem before which was a necessary wire…read morereplacement. My regular doctor had closed his doors and looked for a repair for WIDEX hearing aids. This facility was close by and the Dr assured me that they could fix my issue. I have them my information and warranty information and she said she'd have my wire overnighted. We talked a few times because delivery was late. I have no complaints about that. When I get to the office finally, the Dr said that the number 1 wire is shorter than my number 2 wire. Well in hearing aid cycles 1 is actually longer than a 2! So after about 45 minutes she says she doesn't have a tool to fix the hearing aid. She is a WIDEX dealer! So she gave me a make shift representation of my hearing aid until she ordered the tool. Then she asked about my Dr in NYC that set me up originally and wanted my records sent to her? Then she gave me authorization forms and insurance responsibility forms. I asked what for? How much is this going to cost. $80+ for her services!!! They're under warranty. The co-pay is $20! A new wire not under warranty is $89!!! This was not my first rodeo! I left quick with still a broken hearing aid. Stay far away!

We all love the staff and the food and all that Livia has offered Mom over these last 2 stays. Today we had her welcome meal coming into the AL side and let me tell you I felt like we were on an episode of Below Deck East Hanover addition. The chef brought one dish at a time and presented it to us with what he was serving and the food was amazing. The food always is absolutely amazing. Mom says she is eating so well that she has no room For food in between each meal. The whole building is so clean. Very happy with Livia.

My father was left in wet diapers all day wetting through clothes before he was change. He developed sores from sitting in wet diapers, had a changing schedule added to his medical chart and still wasn't change during the day. When my dad buzzed and aid to be changed they told him they were busy with something else and could not change him. I complained multiple times and nothing changed. Additionally my dad was left in bed until 9:30-10am most days...with his breakfast sitting and getting cold when they finally came in to get him up. How they can justify leaving a 90 year old that was there for a UTI in wet diapers all day is just insane.
