I really like the fact that they start off with a test to see how much the child knows, but in addition to that, the owner is super nice. She made him feel comfortable and she was so sweet. It's also very reassuring that they don't just tell the kids how to do the homework, they also try to get the kids to develop as independent learners so that they can use these skills throughout their career as students.
