Overall the facility is large, great parking and dropoff, and nearby the main UT hospital. The staff end-to-end was very helpful with no concerns here. The quality of care and attention to detail on reviewing her situation and needs was good. The only issue I observed was the amount of distance they were having folks walk at times (that have some type of mobility issue). Perhaps staff to help move the more challenged folks (in the absence of their own approved/owned mobility gear) would be a nice touch. We'll be back a few times more, but hopefully not to come back ongoing!

They have refused to see me, answer my emails, answer questions on my patient portal, or return calls. TOC's reason for not wanting to help? I owe them money. My insurance company paid $16,449.53, I paid $1,219.13 (10/20/22) before the surgery took place, and have made multiple smaller payments on the account since. I even went in and spoke to someone, offered to pay cash to have my finger looked at, and they declined to see me. Feel free to look at my other reviews. I HATE leaving a bad review for anyone. I have a right hand that's barely functional without an enormous amount of pain, and negative reports on my credit, all for a surgery that was suppose to fix my broken finger, not make it worse. The images of the bent finger are from 3.25.2024, and I cannot straighten it. Patient Portal picture is multiple emails sent with NO response. Pictures with stitches were post op.

But I finally got a call back from a real person and attempted to make an appointment with a PA. I got an appointment for July (this is March). So guess I have to suffer for a few months or try to go somewhere else. The Drs there are great ...I've had knee surgery and had the best care from their Drs but there's improvement needed in the system of making appointments and long wait times for seeing someone. After talking with him for a bit, I agreed to see Dr. Yau, one of the other doctors within their practice. Well I just came from my appointment with Dr. Yau. I was a little nervous given my negative experience with Dr. Ivie, but Dr. Yau gave me the complete opposite experience! He looked at the SAME X-rays Dr. Ivie looked at (who told me there was nothing wrong) and immediately he was able to show me what was wrong, his concerns, and how he'd like to go about fixing the problem, avoiding surgery if possible. Dr. Yau not only took the time to listen to everything I had to say, but he asked me questions regarding the problem, and even had a good sense of humor! The charming lady that helped me check in couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Horrible way to add pictures to their website for your insurance card and drivers license. Super laggy website, long wait times, not a place I'll be back to.
