Like filling out short term disability paperwork when I was going on FMLA leave. Everything was already hard and he made it harder. The most recent time, when I called to ask their office manager what to do when the doctor can't help, I got a certified letter from Dr French firing me. Dr French wants to do the basic work and then go home and not think about his job or his patients. I kind of think he wants to not think about his patients when they're in the room too. He can play like he listens and play a good doctor, but when it really matters, he'll let you down every single time.

During my recent annual physical, she briefly asked me about my asthma, which I reported was stable and even improving. She then renewed my existing prescription, and we moved on. I was shocked to later receive a separate charge for an office visit based solely on that brief conversation. I am a relatively new patient and was not aware this was their billing practice. My previous doctor never charged me for this, so I will be returning to them as a patient. I also called the office for clarification, but unfortunately Dr. Abraham has not returned my call. In summary, if you have a minor medical condition that requires an annual prescription renewal, do not seek care at Rocky Hill Family Physicians.
