After several months of long wait for office appointments and two cancelled surgery appointments for my mother, we decided to go somewhere else and recommend you do as well.
Of course we did so but not without confronting the front desk staff person, who blatantly lied about my mother having cancelled the appointment and returned to cancel a second one. My mother is a patient who is constantly in pain and needs the surgery promptly. The point: the staff is simply rude, not trustworthy and possibly incompetent.
The first appointment was with a P.A. who misdiagnosed my mother's condition and rushed us out with some pain medication. The prescription turned out to be so light my mother went back the Tylenol instead. Dr. Daniels was NOT rude himself, albeit he never gave us his full attention either. The only two appointments when he saw us, he was in a hurry walking out the door while asking "any more questions?"
We booked an appointment and are having the surgery with a friendlier and more competent center, which really makes a difference. Just now, Dr. Daniels sent a letter releasing my mother as a patient because of "inadequate behavior in the office," which is fine with us. I am absolutely thrilled my mother chose to go somewhere else because to top it off, even the doctor's letter is riddled with grammar errors. read more
