The person doing the work is the owner he told me snd my neighbor for 15+years. I'm heartbroken and upset at how I was treated. He has made k ow attempt to finish, correct or resolve this issue offline or privately. I wonder how many other customers have been treated poorly or unsatisfied. I paid what he asked and for the materials. He never asked for additional funds to complete the job if it was more involved then he initially thought. He just kept promising to come back and never did.
