The leaking garage ceiling, where he put an out-of-place PVC joint for $200 but still could not stop the leak has cost me $850 to actually fix it. The ceiling sheetrock/drywall is still open. The master bathroom shower knobs that he removed to stop a small dripping and could not put them back on are costing me a $1000. Meanwhile, he doesn't pick up our phones, neither reply our emails, nor send the refund of $200 after promising on the text message that he would. I have proof of his texts, his bills, the checks that cleared from my account, and what it cost me to fix the mess he created.
