Honestly I'm really disappointed in my recent visit here. I came here twice in the last two years…read morewith my cats and was always given okay service. One visit for my cat was because she was constipated, and instead of just giving her meds for that they highly recommended X-rays to rule out anything else, and it ended up still just being her constipated. (Cost around $300 for that.) They also never checked their temperatures, didn't do a full look over, and I just felt like they didn't truly take the time to do a comprehensive exam. After that I started taking my cats elsewhere where I felt like they received a more thorough exam that didn't leave me out hundreds of dollars for nothing. This last week I adopted a dog from the humane society and after a few days of her being home she started experiencing signs of kennel cough so I decided to bring her into the vet. The one I wanted to take her to couldn't get her in as quickly as they could so I decided to take my chances and give them another shot. I really wish I didn't. They told me to go to the back door when I got there and call them to let me in. I waited over 10 minutes outside in the wind to finally get brought in. The whole visit itself lasted maybe 10 minutes and they barely did a thing to check her out. They didn't get her temp, didn't look in her mouth, ears, or any of that. I had to ask for them to check her hips and other things and I ended up spending $72 for them to barely look at her. You would think for how much that visit costs that you would get a full exam, but apparently that shouldn't be expected. I will not be coming back and i honestly think I should be reimbursed for the money considering they barely looked at the dog. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. ***UPDATE: went to a different vet, and they found not only and ear infection but a bladder infection that this vet didn't even bother to check for after voicing concerns! I called the office and talked to their new manager, said the vet left notes in my chart and because of that they can't refund me?? The notes were things I stated to them. This vet is a joke. If you want to be ignored, treated like crap, and to get no answers then this is the place.***

We are confused about what the vet found and what was done to our Rotti, Bruno. We dropped him off…read moreso they could sedate him, then picked him up later. The veterinarian did not speak to us at all about our dog. We never learned what the $95 cytology indicated or what procedures were accomplished on our pet. I'm hoping I can get a phone call from whomever treated him. We expected his ears to be cleaned and were charged for it, but his one ear is still full of gunk. The office manager told me they could not clean deep down due to the ear infection. After I pointed out the gunk was clearly visible right on the surface, she then said they can't clean the ears when there's an infection. Those are conflicting stories. If they couldn't clean his ears, why were we charged $65 for an ear cleaning? We need to hear from the doctor to get the story straight.

Without question, Dr. Becca Klobuchar is the most intuitive and well-trained veterinarian I've ever…read moreknown. She has been working with our nearly 14-year-old large-breed dog for the last three years. From our first intake/consultation and acupuncture appointment, Dr Becca has guided us on an incredible learning journey around the best approaches to support our dog's health. She has consulted on his diet and supplements, which, in and of itself, has made a transformative difference in our dog's general health and arthritis. She performs regular acupuncture appointments (she keeps a very organized and well-communicated schedule) where she's constantly talking through Max's health and considering any adjustments that would benefit him, while always honoring our approach. Max knows when Dr. Becca is en route and excitedly awaits her arrival; we know he feels amazing as a result. The fact that he still can hike 2mi/day on the trails is testimony to how well she's helped to preserve his joint function. Most critically, she actually saved our dogs life this week. He was preliminary diagnosed with a brain tumor and while we were told to arrange end-of-life care, she advocated fiercely for the possibility that Max had an infection and gave us a clear discussion guide to use with his regular vet to receive the right care. In this capacity, Dr. Becca "stays in her lane" but is always a text away, as if your pet is her pet. I've never known a veterinary professional to be this deeply compassionate, nor to possess such an encyclopedic breadth of knowledge around veterinary science while knowing precisely when to apply it and how to educate her human clients in the process. Our sweet Max would not be here today if it were not for Dr. Becca. You can be absolutely certain that every penny you invest with ZenPet will have direct returns on your pet's vitality and longevity as well as your own education as a pet parent. Finally, it bears mentioning -- Dr. Becca is great with people too. She is an absolute joy to be around. I'm eternally grateful for and in awe of the work she does; it is truly her calling.

Every time my dog is very excited and happy to get the treatments and she ends up always being so relaxed! It has helped her arthritis and her ability to walk and get around so much! Dr. Becca has also recommended supplements that have really helped my dog too! I am so thankful I found Zen Pet and Dr. Becca! I definitely recommend her to anyone with pets! She has the magic touch.
