I will give 1 star because 4 years ago, it was good, and I was treated well…read more In the past 2+ years I have been yelled at and hung up on by Susan, unbelievable stuff. I feel Susan only speaks about herself, how great she is, her weight, her husband, son and more. I also, not because I ever asked, know how much money insurance companies owe her, BUT I do not know what to do about the Cat Scan I requested to see how things are going from my FULL Hysterectomy. Things for me have changed and if I had been given one second to speak, she would know. She truly believed, because staff said so, I wanted to talk about my Heart Cat scans, no I am talking with the Cardio about that, LISTEN. She fought with me as I tried to explain why I asked for this appointment. She had me fighting to be heard, got me crying and then I raised my voice to match hers, so she hung up on me. If she charges my insurance for that THRILL of a call, that is a scam 12-minute call of her yelling at me like I am 5 and talked about all of her problems. I didn't call and have it paid to hear HER problems. Before this phone appt. I had a phone call with another NP, Rebecca that worked there, and she seemed a little unsure on what to tell me to do. The phone call was nice and went well, found out she quit soon after. She was truly the best thing to happen there. Susan treats people like they are beneath her and she is the one and only that matters. I was tricked. The staff did something to get her to yell at me about, blew me away, but she is always ready to fight. You walk on eggshells around her. I notice she loves the male clients, but women clients, hmm... LOVE yourself and find a better place. Before you rudely defend her David, pull up the call. It's ALL true. Wish office appts were recorded, then you would see how we are all being honest.

It would be great if these guys could figure out how to actually bill insurance correctlyread more

I feel as though I put all my faith and over $2000 in Kelly Calabrese. Long story short, I went to…read moreKelly Calabrese MS, CCN after having my son in order to get my thyroid/ endocrine issues fixed. My first priority was that everything I took be safe for breastfeeding and I made this clear at every visit. Because the products she prescribed me contained sage and estrogen, my milk stopped (at 4-5 months old). I should have known when she said my menstrual cycle needed to come back and prescribed a female balance even after I explained that breastfeeding moms don't typically have a period. Another supplement she had me on was Red Yeast Rice which says not to use if nursing or pregnant on the bottle. After further research, many of the supplements were also not recommended for nursing and could have been harmful to him (including brain damage from barberry). I understand it is my fault for not doing my own research but I trusted that she was a CCN and that I had paid her so much. I am thankful nothing harmed my son as far as I know, but the decision on what to feed my son or how long I wanted to breastfeed was taken from me. I tried everything to bring my milk back but it is gone. She may have the answer for some, but I feel that I was not a priority and instead I was just another paycheck...a very large paycheck.

Was recovering from the flu. Wanted a pick me up. I hadn't been out of the house in a week…read more Unfortunately, on the way to Prime IV a spray can hit my car on the highway so I had my husband call them to let them know I'd be a few minutes late. They told my husband that they tried to call me & left a message because they actually cannot do the Intro appt I booked for 1:30 because it was too close to closing time but I could do the flush. Ok... I ended up showing up at 1:33. In person, they said that it was now past the time for the flush... Why didn't they tell my husband that over the phone when he told them I'd be running late? I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made another appt... then I look at my phone log, voicemails, and messages. I did not receive any calls from them to notify me that they couldn't do the initial Intro appt & I know they have the right number because they texted me the appt time confirmation. So why lie? Why allow me to book so close to closing in the first place? and why tell my husband that I could do a flush instead when he already told you over the phone I'd be late? I could have been saved the trouble of coming in the first place if you would have actually called or not recommended the flush. Mind you, I was only 3 minutes late. Poor customer service. My advice would be to focus on the customer point of view. They're coming here to ease pain but instead it was increased. Facility looked nice though so I'm giving 3 stars.

If you have not tried a wellness IV this is the place to go. They will answer all your questions and help you feel at ease. I go to get the Immunity IV it helps me dodge the sickness everyone else is getting. Another bonus is you get to sit in a full body massage chair that makes you feel like a noodle and you forget you have an IV in your arm. Give it a try. You will feel more energy and a sense of calm when you walk out.
