This is not a review of the doctors of the practice since I have never seen them. Unfortunately, I was not treated in a kind manner by the receptionist that answered the phone this morning. I had some questions about an accident that I was in last week, and the person who answered the phone was so rude that it turned me away from receiving medical care from this office. I understand that is not the practitioners' fault, but I feel it is very important to make sure the staff that is hired is pleasant to patients and future patients. read more

The best decision I made! I needed urgent relief from back pain as a result of debilitating back spasms. I called as a new patient and got an Acupuncture and chiropractor appointments for next business day. The staff welcomed me and got me into my appointments right away. Dr Whidden amd Dawna jumped in and got me on an immediate plan to meet my needs rather than putting me through the "new patient " process. After two visits my range of motion was almost 100% and I was finally able to sleep after 4 sleepless and painful nights. I went to complete chiropractic for a sever lower back pain. The staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Whidden did an amazing job and immediate took care of my back pain. However, as a result of his adjustment, it fired up my sciatic nerve. I went back to him three more times to try to fix it, but it only got worse. And three strikes and you are out in my book. The pain got so bad that I thought it was a blood clot so I went to the emergency room to get some pain killers, x-rays, and CT scan. Needless to say, this was very expensive. They could not figure it out, so I ended up going to an orthopedic surgeon who said that the adjustment took care of my lower back pain but caused an imbalance with my sciatic nerve. She told that I should not go to a chiropractor in the first place for major back and nerve issues. After a couple of months of physical therapy, I am almost back to normal. The moral of the story is that there is no such thing as an immediate fix without paying the price somewhere else. The pain was there for reason and I should have gone to an orthopedic doctor in the first place and then to chiropractor or physical therapy on their recommendation. read more

I had a pretty bad case of sciatica and was unable to sit without feeling pain and when I came into see Dr. Whidden I was in pretty bad shape. After talking with him and expressing my pain issues he laid out a plan for me, gave me my first adjustment, and also gave me a break down of pricing so I wasn't surprised when I went to pay at the counter, unlike other chiropractors I saw that day were unwilling to talk pricing. Fast forward a few months and now I am feeling better than ever and am able to lift, workout again without any pain. Dr Whiddon and the staff are very helpful. I have anxiety towards chiropractic services from a bad experience years ago. I hate being twisted.
