They wanted him to remove the whole rear-end and pay for a new one to have them send another one to Ohio. Jim saved me a ton on labor by arguing that they only needed an axle replaced. He really tried to straighten it out when it really wasn't his problem. My Tahoe was at his shop for over a month (no charge) before we gave up on that company to remedy their faulty part and he had it fixed in a day. I came back up from NC, picked it up, and I'm back on the road with the vehicle driving smoothly again. Great work, and the best customer service I've dealt with at a mechanic shop...EVER. He was always available when I called and he always kept me in the loop. Very professional. 6 stars.

I've suffered 2 summers with no air because I refused to pay the cost of a black market kidney for some AC. The busted air compressor eventually caused a belt to burn out and my engine almost caught on fire two days ago. Leo fixed me all up for 1/5 of that other dude's price. We took it to them around 11am, and called them about 3:15pm to see if the car was done beacuse my husband had to work and wanted to drive it finally. We just spent almost 6 months rebuilding this thing. So anyway, he called and they said "your muffler couldn't clear our jacks". Why not call us sooner so we could try to find somewhere else to take it? It's annoying but ok yes things get busy, so we understand. We had to wait until my husband got home around 10pm to go pick it up. He pulled out, and I was behind him. I noticed something was hanging where it shouldn't be, so I flashed my lights to get his attention. He got out and climbed on the cold ground to take a look, and he found out that they ripped part of his muffler!! He called them this morning to see if they would fix it, being as it was perfectly intact when he took it to them, and the gentleman he talked to swore up and down they didn't do it. When dillon told him it's only like $10 worth of bolts that need replaced, the guy flipped his shit that my husband was calling them over $10, he just kept yelling so my husband hung up on him. Um I'm sorry but it doesn't matter how much it cost, the point is you mess something up you need to fix it and not be a douchebag. The picture of it hanging isn't great because his car is so low now it's hard to get under lol, but either way that piece hanging by the blue part should not be hanging. And they dented it closer to where it exits the car trying to clear it. They will never get our business again if that's how they treat customers after THEY mess something up.
