During the installation, the technician claimed the system was working, but I never heard the furnace turn on, and he stood there waiting for it to start before leaving. I didn't need heat until 11/26/25, and the very first time I tried to use it after their installation, my furnace wouldn't turn on at all. Air King told me the control board was bad, but the furnace stopped working immediately after they messed with the wiring -- not before. The biggest issue is that the company refused to take responsibility for anything that happened right after their work. Based on how this situation was handled, I personally would not trust or recommend this company for any thermostat or furnace work. Ive Also now reached out multiple times to get it fixed and no answer. Even my reviews have been ignored.
