I would NOT recommend Air King Inc. based on my recent experience…read more They installed an Ecobee thermostat at my home on 11/17/25. My furnace was working before they touched it. During the installation, the technician claimed the system was working, but I never heard the furnace turn on, and he stood there waiting for it to start before leaving. I didn't need heat until 11/26/25, and the very first time I tried to use it after their installation, my furnace wouldn't turn on at all. Air King told me the control board was bad, but the furnace stopped working immediately after they messed with the wiring -- not before. The biggest issue is that the company refused to take responsibility for anything that happened right after their work. Based on how this situation was handled, I personally would not trust or recommend this company for any thermostat or furnace work. Ive Also now reached out multiple times to get it fixed and no answer. Even my reviews have been ignored.

I confirmed with the man before he even entered my home that he was here for a free estimate he told me yes. They apparently sent a tech out who didn't lift a finger or pick up a tool. He was there 5 minutes tops said water heater is old & you probably need new pipes. A week later I received an invoice saying work was done & they tried to blow out the pipes, again not a finger was lifted or anything done to try to solve the issue at all. They are claiming I approved work that NEVER happened & signed signature for me I never signed a thing. & the lady on the phone was RUDE as ever & was calling me a sir on purpose multiple times. This company is a joke & they will scam you !!! Do not trust them especially if you're a female they will take advantage.
