We did not have a good experience. They do no respond except by text which would be fine except…read morefor the fact if I asked multiple questions in the text. They only answered one question and I continually had ask the questions several times. The first tutor while knowledgeable, English was not their first language so it made it difficult to understand for my daughter. In addition they will not schedule less than two hours session which would be fine but they will act like it is a possibility when it most likely is not. I had schedule 2 hours for my daughter with another tutor and she inquired if they could do just one. They said they would check and get back to her if it was possible and never followed back up. They canceled the original appointment I set and never informed either of us about what was going on until we texted to confirm the appointment the morning of.
