I just finished the 3.5-week real estate class with Ms. Emiliani and got 100% on my class exam. She is a wonderful lady and an amazing teacher. She really knows how to teach, and she genuinely cares about her students. She has a gift for making difficult concepts easy to understand, and she is always there to help. It's not easy to find a teacher like this nowadays. English is my second language and I have been out of school for over 20 years, but she explained everything so well that I understood all of the concepts. I enjoyed every minute of the 63 hours, and I wish I could sit in one of her classes again. Thank you, Ms. Emiliani! read more

I recently completed the intensive 7-day real estate course, and it was an outstanding experience. My instructor, Lakendra, was exceptional--knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire course. She was always available to answer questions and genuinely invested in helping every student succeed, not only on the course test but also on the Florida State licensing exam. I would also like to recognize the wonderful staff at the front desk. Sandy, who handled my fingerprinting, and Tricia were both friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Their positive attitude made the entire experience even better. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to become a Realtor. The quality of instruction, the supportive staff, and the overall learning environment exceeded my expectations. read more

Very intelligent mentors and teachers! I have to say I am impressed. I know I do not ask easy questions all the time (sometimes I do too) and they all get answered and with incredible lovely attitude and it's clear the teacher I have was born to do this. God bless her and Gold Coast Schools for being an incredible space to learn from. I should've taken this course in person a LONG time ago! Everything in due timing I guess! read more

Gold Coast Schools - My water bottle for the day before studying my butt off! it's 64 oz. and keeps my water ice cold for like 48 hours. Incredible! - Specialty Schools Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

Gold Coast Schools is pretty decent but you DON'T need everything they want to sell you. Do not get the Cram Exam Preparation in the package. I did and I am dissapointed. Not because it works or it doesn't, but rather because if you pay for it, you won't get your money back, not even as a credit towards further education. GoldCoastSchools will not refund any money! That's what happened to me. I was going to take the Cram Course but had to wait for a week. So, instead I decided to take the State Exam and passed it. Therefore, I did not need the extra expense. My advice, get the basic education, study and prepare yourself to take the State Test. Only if you fail the State Test go for the Cram Preparation Course. If not you will LOSE your money. read more

The best real estate school with the best teacher Laurina Emiliani so grateful for you

I took the 63 hours real estate class, English is not my primary language, I just start to really get it, with so much informations and so many new words and terminologies on my vocabulary.. But I had a great instructor, "Dyane Skopas", she speaks clear and calm, repeats the words many times, so we can memorize and "understand".. I wasn't so successful on the State Exam, I had to take the course again.. then I went to Boca and had an instructor that speaks so fast and never e repeat the frases or words.. this was horrible.. my grade on Pearson Vue with Boca instructor got worst than the first time!!! I went back to Dayna in Lantana, then I was able to pass the State test!! Thank you Dyana (and Walter, on the cram course.. he is the best on the Cram course.. ) read more

This is my third time coming to Gold Coast for a license and I will say it is my far my proudest achievement so far. I ended up getting a 95 on my Pre-Licensing RE exam! I cannot thank my teacher, Laurina Emiliani, enough for her knowledge and wisdom throughout the past month. Her positive reinforcement is a light and truly is a blessing. She goes over all the material thoroughly and answers all the questions students may have. Thank you so much to GC and the great staff you have with you. I have never been disappointed! Keep it up! read more

Took my sales associate course online through another school and it wasn't the same experience. Definitely recommend GC. If you can take it in classroom even better! I took my brokers course with professor Gaspare and he was excellent. Genuinely cares about students and cares about teaching. Classes were engaging and I found the material to be interesting. Thank you! P.S. if you expect ANY teacher to spoon feed you answers then you need to re-evaluate why you are taking these classes. The point of any course is to learn the material and help us be knowledgeable in our profession not to just pass an exam. read more

LaKendra Eubanks is an OUTSTANDING instructor!! Her passion is unparalleled!! As a Soldier I had the honor of training thousands of military instructors and as an academic I had the horror of training hundreds of college professors, both in the art of "teaching" and feel that LaKendra is a top 1% educator!! GREAT WORK LaKendra!! read more

I've always taken online courses for my real estate pre license, post, and CE requirements, but for my Broker's course I decided to enroll in the in-person class at Gold Coast due to its high standing reputation. I must say that our teacher, Gaspare Luciana, did an exemplary job preparing us for the class and state exams. Not only was the class engaging, and productive, but it was also motivational, and we found ourselves looking forward to class each and every day! Thank you so much again, Gaspare!! read more

Started out w a different online school was taking so long w distractions at home. Wish didn't waste time at home n started in classroom class sooner. The 7 days 9am to 6pm was what I chose to get it done quickly. Didn't have a lot of time to study at home & still passed the test. Thanks to gold coast & our instructor, lakendra. She kept telling us "trust the process" when trying to remember words to learn n pass the class exam. Though overwhelmed w all had to know & I am licensed 7+ yrs now in another state, this class got me to pass & understand terms I forgot from yrs ago. Lakendra's energy & knowledge was amazing everyday. She pushed & challenged us til we knew the answers. Thank u Gold Coast & Lakendra. I do need to provide an updated caution for other CAM students, who are preparing for their exams, as I'm severely disappointed with the instruction I was given by both of my instructors in regard to preparing for the exam. My 1st instructor told the class not to study the 2 sections on Mobile Homes & Timeshares, as they're no longer included in the state boards. The 2nd instructor said not to study the 2 chapters on Mobile Homes & Human Resources Management, as they're no longer included. Briefly, we were told that each student's test is 100 questions, randomly drawn from a possible 1,500, although their own book states 1K. Whatever... there are several other minor typos in the book I've come across. Exam day... about 80 of my q's were related to condos & 10 were misc (understood... that's random). But, 10 of my q's were on ALL the aforementioned chapters we were instructed to avoid... at least 6 of those q's on Timeshares, 2-3 on MH & 1-2 on HR (I forget the breakdown now)... so, although I did actually lightly read each chapter, I memorized nothing & had to take a stab in the dark & simply guess on 10 q's. Passing is 75. I failed by 7. Anyone's fault? Mine. I need to memorize more for next time. But, I cannot help but be angry that if I had read the 3 chapters I was told to avoid, I might have gotten some or all of those 10 q's correct & passed. I may have guessed a couple correctly... I'm not about to pay a $50 review fee to find out. I know what I had to guess & what I knew, so no review is necessary, imho. So, this is just a firm FYI for the consumer. That was poor form from both of my CAM instructors to guide us to avoid chapters. Don't. Take extra time, read them all & memorize all numbers (%, # of days, etc... as most of my q's involved numbers of some sort). Although you may not have many q's from those "missed" chapters, you just might. I just paid another $68.50 in app fees to retake my exam, which unfortunately needs to be done via snail mail... everything else can be done via 'net. That could take weeks... I don't know their timing, especially around Christmas & New Year's holidays. My fingerprints will probably expire by the time I'm able to re-test (you get 6-mos exp date on those), so that's another $75, as last I inquired, exams are booked until Feb 27th in all nearby Pearson Vue facilities, unless there's a cancellation. Then, I also have to pay another $31.50 exam fee. This was a pricey lesson. I'm over the failure anger (my fault), but I'm still disgusted this misguided advice (not my fault) has wasted more of my time, more of my hard earned dollars & valuable exam points, too. READ & study all the chapters, no matter what the instructors say! read more

Took the 63-hour Real Estate Sales Associate class at the Boca location with Gaspare! Cannot recommend this school and instructor enough! Gaspare made the material fun and easy to learn. Real estate pre-licensing course is ridiculously long and dense, but study, take notes, pay attention and you'll learn a lot. Melodee was an extremely knowledgable and professional instructor who knows literally EVERYTHING about real estate. Great class, a lot of information in 4 weeks. Gold Coast Boca instructor made the class enjoyable....read the book before class as instructor reinforces everything and it makes the material easier to understand. My expectations about the school and its staff were fully confirmed. A friend recommended the school and i am know thanking him I did good use of my time and money. Took the course with Gaspare Lacania as the instructor at the Boca Raton facility; he made possible to round up my satisfaction after passing the pre certification with a high score. Gaspare made it look so easy with his teaching abilities, understandably as a result of his extensive experience of 16 years in the business. He filled his notions with anecdotes, stories, practical references, all together with his strong take on trying to raise the bar on the profession on topics about ethics, truthfulness ant the best interest of our principals. I felt lucky having him and wish him and the school all the success. The school can be recommended blinded eyes and make sure Gaspare is the instructor. read more
