Anytime I had questions or concerns they were quick to respond. The school also offers a private speech pathologist which I thought was great. My son's PK-3 teachers Ms. Katilyn and Ms. Tomo have far exceeded our expectations this school year. My husband and I are amazed how much our son has learned over the past year. We could not have asked for a better experience. I look forward to sending my son to PK-4 this upcoming year and enrolling my youngest once he is old enough. We highly recommend ISP to anyone looking for an amazing preschool!

I am happy that I chose this school as a solid base for the education of my first "baby". My first born only spoke spanish at the time she started PK3, she got evaluated for delayed speech but the teachers worked hand in hand with her. Within a month of attending this school she became fluent in English as a second language and strived due to the special attention and care that the teachers provided. Fast forward a couple of years and now my son goes there to PK3. I thought this school was great back then, now l think it has definitely been the best decision for both of my children as it has only improved with time. The curriculum is constantly changing to keep the kids engaged, the kids are taught manners, play time, creative thinking along with faith, values and the daily learning tools they will need to eventually succeed in life.

She has a special gift for instilling confidence in children's abilities to succeed and has somehow figured out the secret sauce to making learning fun. We had trialed a prior tutor through my son's school and had very minimal improvements; however, from the initial consultation, we knew this relationship would be a HUGE success. We are so thrilled to say that he has gone from potentially being retained for another school year, to now being on the honor roll... all within 3 months of starting tutoring services! Mrs. Watson has made such an impact and we are so grateful to have found her and Busy Bee tutoring.

Even with the high academic standards we uphold at home, the school's curriculum propelled our son beyond expectations, helping him reach and exceed his potential. The educational stimulation provided was exactly what he needed, and now, he is a well-rounded young gentleman who is respectful, kind, and responsible. Our son excels in reading, math, science, and general comprehension. Miss Nancy and the wonderful teachers there even nurtured his curiosity with chess and Sudoku, keeping him actively engaged. We were delighted when our second child was accepted into their daycare program.

School is declining since new ownership…read more So this USED to be a good school years ago, that we would recommend to others. The previous owner (Edma) was very nice people and you had some really good teachers. Like any school, not all teachers are perfect but most genuinely care about the children. Fast forward to about mid-2016 and the previous owners sold the school to Miss Nancy ( http://tinyurl.com/abcwork ). Parents felt something changed but couldn't quite figure out WHAT changed. Well, we realized that we no longer saw Miss Edma there despite the school still having her certificates on the wall. If there's new ownership, why not let parents know that? Why the secrecy? It seems that the new ownership does not want it to be known for some reason. We believe it's because many parents do not like the new owner, based on conversations with other parents at the school. It's also frustrating when you're told to pay the weekly dues by a certain day but there's never someone at the front desk when you arrive. Then by WED, you're told that they'll waive the late fee as a courtesy. It wouldn't be a problem if a) There was someone at the desk to take our payment and b) The school would keep the credit card info on file so they could just charge it. We're told that's not possible to do but yet other schools will apparently do that for you just fine. Very frustrating when you just want to drop off your child and get to the office. Several parents have taken their children out of ABC and I don't doubt others will too. Hopefully the school will sort out their issues and work on their customer service skills before they lose more customers and teachers.

Tina works in…read moreadministration, the front desk, and as a teacher, and she truly goes above and beyond in every role she takes on. Since the preschool transitioned to new ownership, Tina is honestly the main reason my child and I have chosen to remain at Education Station. She has consistently upheld the promises she made to us about keeping the children safe and maintaining a supportive, structured environment. She takes the time to listen to parents' concerns and requests, including those regarding curriculum and the needs of individual children. Ms. Stacey also brought that same level of care and dedication while she was there. Since she has been gone, I've really relied on Ms. Tina and Ms. Alicia. Ms. Alicia is also amazing, and together they have continued to provide the support, protection, and educational care that parents hope their children receive at school. Tina has always been professional, responsive, and thorough--especially when it comes to communication and documentation when needed. She has also offered genuine support and help whenever questions or situations arise, which means a lot as a parent. What stands out the most is that Tina truly cares about the children and the relationships she builds with families. She is kind, compassionate, and trustworthy--qualities that are incredibly important when someone is responsible for helping care for and guide our children during their school day. The kids clearly love her, and it shows in the way they interact with her every day. I trust Tina completely in the role she plays at the school, and I'm very grateful for the care, dedication, and professionalism she brings to Education Station.

As a first-time mom, I would not recommend this daycare. On my son's very first day, I went over 5…read morehours without receiving a single update or photo through the app, and when I picked him up, I had to ask how his day went and was only told he was "good." As a new parent leaving my baby for the first time, that lack of communication was very concerning. Communication improved after I raised the issue, but other concerns continued. My son was frequently sick while attending, causing him to miss many days and forcing me to miss work. He would get better and then 2 days into daycare, he would get sick again like maybe they aren't dissinfecting the toys as they should. They misplaced his belongings, put another child's blanket on him, and he once came home with a bruise on his forehead that was never explained despite me asking about it. He would cry every day at drop off and I started to become worried that maybe it wasn't just separation anxiety. They were also very sneaky about not letting parents into the back area where the classrooms were and would take oddly long to bring my son to me when I came earlier than usual pick up time, as if they were trying to clean him up quickly. What sealed the deal for me was that on his last day, my mother picked him up, and although it was only her second time ever doing so, staff did not verify that she was authorized for pickup or ask for identification. She actually had to mention it herself. While the director and front desk staff were friendly, I was disappointed by the lack of communication, attention to detail, and overall confidence I felt in my child's care.
