The team here at Maternity Imaging are amazing! I had booked a last minute appointment but due to things that kept coming up (traffic, parking etc) I had to reschedule 2 times for the same day and they were extremely understanding and accommodating. As soon as we got there they were extremely welcoming and kind. They walked us through the process and took their time with us. Made the experience so special and made sure they did their best to get baby's face on the ultra sound (despite him hiding behind his hands and moving away from being seen). We are so happy with the results and overall booked exper Thank you all for your patience and amazing customer service! Will definitely recommend this business to others!

Excellent customer service, everyone is nice and we got the chance to see our baby in color 3D, 4D and HD live resolution, the quality is really good. We got the premium package. /10.

My second visit at Maternity Imaging was a success! When I first found this place, I was really excited about the opportunity to see my baby. My first appointment wasn't the greatest experience, which is why I took off a star. The first ultrasound tech I had seemed a bit discouraging from the start. I came in at 30 weeks, and she immediately expressed doubt about being able to get good pictures because I was already pretty far along. I tried to stay positive, but her attitude made it hard to feel hopeful. During the ultrasound, my baby was hiding her face, which of course isn't the tech's fault. However, what did make the experience uncomfortable was that she kept yawning very noticeably throughout the appointment. I completely understand being tired, but the constant large yawns made the experience feel a little awkward. I also felt like my questions may have annoyed her. I asked twice where my baby's head was, and her response made me feel like I was bothering her. That said, I was very grateful that they offer a second chance appointment. I came back today, and this time my experience was wonderful. The new ultrasound tech was incredibly sweet, gentle, and patient. I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her proper credit. My baby was still a little stubborn and hiding at times, but the tech stayed positive and patient throughout the whole session. Because of her kindness and effort, we were able to get some great pictures and videos of my baby.

Great experience at the maternity imaging center! The staff was super helpful and kind, and the wait time was very short. Everything went smoothly and made the visit so much easier. Appreciate all their help with taking care of my sister

They were very organized and have comfortable place in the waiting area aside from the room very nice & clean my family sat inside . I had a wonderful experience here, I was able to be seen pretty quickly for a gender determination ultrasound and the ultrasound technician was very professional and had a lot of patience when our baby was making it a bit difficult to capture a good image, i ended up not being as far a long as i though, according to their measurements i was 12 weeks and 4 days but they accurately determined the gender (which was later confirmed with blood work). Their office was sweet enough to give us an additional ultrasound picture for us to open later when we were ready to know the gender. read more

Amazing location! Super cute, clean and comfy, I just had an appointment and my 7 year old and my husband and I couldn't be happier with our visit! It's our 2 pregnancy, we went at 26 weeks and the doctor made our visit memorable, he was very detail with everything he will see and answer our questions, very professional place to go to. If you are looking for a place to see your little one this is definitely the place to go to :) Loved it and planning to go back when im more further along! & In the future when I have more children I will definitely come here again! Visited twice and left happy on both occasions. First visit I was about 14 weeks along in my pregnancy and my Dr. was going to make me wait another month to find out the gender, which was wayyyy too long for me. So my impatient self did some research which ultimately led me here. I called and asked for the soonest appointment available and they were able to see me the same day. When I arrived the waiting area was decorated beautifully with the comfiest pink and blue lounge chairs. The appointment didn't feel rushed by any means. Ashley was so friendly and thorough! She was able to tell me the gender right away and print me a few keepsake photos. Fast forward a few months, I returned for my 3D package so I could see my little baby's face and they delivered again with clear shots and high quality prints. I had my 3D 4D imaging for my daughter today i am 30.5 weeks pregnant. the owner Sousan & the ultra sound technician Allison were absolutely amazing with making me feel so welcome! My baby was in excellent loving hands. the hospitality was spot on! I encourage all you mamas to come here you will not be disappointed you are treated with the upmost compassion! I had a great experience here as a first time very nervous mom! It was so easy to schedule the appointment online. The price here is reasonable compared to other places, and it's on my way home from work. It's conveniently located next to Bloomingdale's. One of the ultrasound techs used to be a doctor in his home country, and he would show me a lot of the anatomy of my baby, which makes me less nervous. Sometimes he's even more thorough than my OB! I got good printouts of the photos, the only downside is I don't get an email of it. If you're a nervous mom, I recommend coming here read more

Everyone at Maternity Imaging was super friendly. The two front desk ladies I spoke with were both very kind and very understanding. One even got me in last minute and got me in between appointments. The ultrasound technician was super super friendly and so so helpful! I wish he could be my OB because I liked him even more than my own, haha! 100% recommend this place! The prices are also super affordable. I was at the cusp of having a good 3D image for my baby, so the ultrasound tech said he'd do the 3D imaging to check to see if we could get some good shots and if the shots weren't good he wasn't going to charge us for that. He left it up to us on whether or not to purchase the 3D pics. Overall, SUPER happy with this imaging place! Highly recommend! read more

I love this place ,not only because they do 3D 4D pregnancy ultrasound also they do have Medical diagnostic ultrasound. You can just call or walk in for a quick peace of mind . I had my mammogram at a hospital they told me they saw a tumor. We got so panicked ,next available appointment for that hospital was after 2 months ,who can wait that long?right away I googled and found this place I was so happy when they told me come now . I was even more happy when Dr.Krajian told me in few minutes that the tumor was benign and nothing to worry about . Thank you maternity imaging for giving me peace of mind . I highly recommend this place Great customer service ,very beautiful ambiance it smells baby powder . read more

Overall pleasant visit. Techs were very nice and even offered me some of there treats. My issue is with the red hair lady who repeatedly told me to be quiet while she was recording something. The tech was already checking me while she interrupted and told to be quiet and to go sit down. Even the person she was recording had said they could record once we had finished getting checked in. But I guess she felt whatever she was doing was more important than attending to a customer. The overall visit was nice the techs were amazing and so kind but I was ready to walk out after being hushed for simply being checked into my appointment. read more

I was walking passed this store in the Galleria and got super excited because I'm 6 months pregnant and my mom was in town. She really wanted to see the baby. This is a must experience for all soon to be parents! As a high risk mom this lovely place has been not just a source of joy but also relief. Instead of spending any time stressing or having to wait for an appointment- my husband and I have said a couple times "let's just go to the mall!" It's taken a lot of stress off. A place that makes everything so special. Booking our 3D appointment at Maternity Imaging was a great decision. As soon as you step right in, Serena will greet you with a smile. I didn't feel like I was rushed and they worked so hard in getting the perfect shots of our baby. My husband and I's first 3D experience was nothing short but warm and sweet. Amazing Staff!!. They really took their time in finding the best images during our 3D scans for our baby. Made sure my wife was comfortable throughout the entire process. I was blown away with how incredible the doctor and staff are at maternity imaging. I went in to find out my baby's gender and left super happy. The doctor was brilliant and answered all my questions so well! I was able to hear my baby's heartbeat and see him for the first time. I went in with my brother as I wanted to surprise my husband. Over 2 years ago, my brother got into a car accident and broke his spine causing him to have a large hernia on his stomach, we asked the doctor if we could see what it looked like with the same machine that was used to see my baby and he right away agreed with no charge. Doctor and team are very friendly and treat you like family. Thank you Kevork! We'll be back read more

She checked me in with ease and I waited in the waiting room. I helped myself to some coffee and waited patiently for my MRI. I have never gotten an MRI done before so I was very anxious and expressed my feelings to the technician. I was glad that the technician Robert was very attentive to my needs and talked me through the whole process. I was helped off the machine and was glad that everything went smoothly. Everyone here was so nice and made my experience so much better.

Definitely recommend this place to first time mommy's. Right off the bat you feel very welcomed. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Lobby is decorated nicely with baby decor and you have easy access to the different packages they have. Prices are very reasonable and affordable. Owner is very patient and helpful. I called to make an appointment and get I formed about packages they offered and he answered every question I had. You can make the appointment through phone call or online, very easy. The owner was the one who did my first 3D 4D ultrasound and was very patient with baby and I. He tried everything to get my stubborn baby to move and had so much patience with us. He was Able to get some pictures but hands were in the way. He offered to come back to rescan and rescan went so smooth. There was a girl who did the rescan and she was very nice and helpful as well. Very patient and welcoming as well. Overall a great experience and would definitely come back again when I have another child. I would recommend parking in B5 parking lot. From the moment I walked into the Maternity Imaging Center, I felt warmly welcomed and well cared for. The reception staff was kind, efficient, and made the check-in process easy--even with my nerves running high for our first ultrasound. The sonographer was absolutely wonderful--gentle, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate. She explained everything during the scan, pointing out little details of our baby and making sure we were comfortable the entire time. What could have been a clinical experience was made emotional and personal. My partner and I both felt like we were part of something truly special. The facility itself was modern, clean, and very calming. The imaging technology seemed top-notch, and we were impressed with the clarity of the images. We were even given printed photos and a digital copy to take home--something we'll treasure forever. I can't recommend this place enough for expecting parents. Not only is the medical care excellent, but the personal touch they bring to each appointment makes all the difference. read more

This imaging center was everything I thought it would be. Very easy to find, it's located next to Bloomingdale's on the top level. They Have great packages at affordable prices. I forgot her name but the lady up front was very welcoming and straight to the point, she explained everything I would be getting in the package I chose online while making my appt. I took my family of 5, I believe the limit is 8 people. Baby girl wasn't having it that day and she decided to hide her face the whole time and not want to move at all. So The imaging specialist gave me some chocolate and cold water to try and get baby girl to move and still nothing. I thought it was nice enough that after the end of my session since we couldn't get a good picture of her face they rescheduled me for another appt instead of saying "she didn't wanna show her face so, sorry we can't do anything else." Hopefully next time baby girl isn't so shy & shows her face, I'm excited for my next appt & definitely recommend this place to all mommies. read more

Came pretty early on in my pregnancy and was still able to see my baby clearly. I'm only 20 weeks so I opted for the early 3D package and it was so worth it. Price was great and left me feeling very assured, something i'm never able to feel with my regular drs appointments. The tech goes into detail and answered all of my questions. When my baby was hiding she made me coffee and had me do some stretches to get the baby to move and it worked ! I will definitely be returning when my baby is a little bit bigger but if you want a better view of your baby i'd definitely come here ! Maternity Imaging is a great place to see your baby in 3D! Our tech, Ashley, was so sweet and patient. During our first visit, the baby was sleeping and her face was blocked by the umbilical cord, so we couldn't get a clear image. Ashley kindly let us come back two weeks later to try again. She even gave us some extra time after lunch to help wake the baby up and improve our chances of getting a good picture. We really appreciated her kindness and effort to make the experience special. I'd definitely recommend this place if you want to see your baby in 3D before birth--especially since hospitals like Kaiser don't usually offer this. Dr Krajian and his team are the very best! my whole appointment was perfect start to finish. The environment is very welcoming and the place is spotless and smells like baby powder. The overall exam was nothing but magical. The packages are very affordable and the quality is the best from there teddy bears to other merchandise. I would recommend this place for any mommies wanting to see there babies. Overall i left feeling very assured and calm and i would pick no other place to do my ultrasound. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! I've gone to a couple of different imaging facilities and having a difficut time with the baby not cooperating, but they would give up after 10 minutes and tell me to try again next week. Here, even though my baby wasn't cooperating at the beginning, the person doing the ultrasound took her time to help get the baby into a better positioning and got the most beautiful pictures of my baby. They staff were kind and understanding and the quality of the pictures were WAY BETTER then the other facilitlies I went too. read more

Visit was amazing top tier service from Ashley. She was very gentle and got the best photos of my girls. I would 100% return it was everything a pregnant mommy could ask for. I had the BEST experience today at Maternity Imaging. Julia was so patient with me and answered any questions I had. I'm 13 weeks with my first baby and was feeling a little anxious after feeling some pain recently. I made an appointment online in the morning for that same day and it was such an easy process! I've been coming here multiple times throughout my pregnancy and I absolutely love it. I have the same technician every time Ashley and she is phenomenal. I always get the best pictures of my baby and it's so much more relaxing than an ob office. Love the atmosphere from the moment I walk in to the second I leave. Amazing level of service, they were able to accommodate me & my family last minute even though they were super booked. Due to baby not moving & being active, they let us reschedule for another date to retrieve better ultrasound pictures of baby. Second day, pictures & videos taken were precious.
