We had such a wonderful experience at Maternity Imaging at the Glendale Galleria! It was our first time coming here for a 4D ultrasound of our baby girl at 29 weeks, and the entire experience was amazing. The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and patient, which made us feel really comfortable and excited. The place was clean, cozy, and well-kept, and the prices were very reasonable compared to other places we looked into. Seeing our baby in such detail was truly unforgettable! we're so happy we chose this location and would absolutely recommend it to any expecting parents!

We came here for our 3rd baby's ultrasound and it was a wonderful experience! From the start, they were all very kind and inviting. It is such a beautiful environment as well with all the photo ops available. During the ultrasound the technician was very kind and attentive to how I was feeling and was so great at getting amazing images of the baby. I'm currently 28 weeks and I came to get a 3d/4d done here, and it was sucha an amazing experience, the ultrasound tech was super patient with my shy baby and took the time to get good angles and all. The place was so clean and cute with a cute bear photo wall. Recommend this place to everyone!

First time I've been here, my baby is not cooperating. He keeps on hiding lol. And now I just had my rescheduled 4D Ultrasound today and I was beyond happy that my first baby finally cooperate a little. Overall experience was awesome. Professional staff. I was blown away with how incredible the doctor and staff are at maternity imaging. I went in to find out my baby's gender and left super happy. The doctor was brilliant and answered all my questions so well! I was able to hear my baby's heartbeat and see him for the first time. I went in with my brother as I wanted to surprise my husband. Over 2 years ago, my brother got into a car accident and broke his spine causing him to have a large hernia on his stomach, we asked the doctor if we could see what it looked like with the same machine that was used to see my baby and he right away agreed with no charge. Everyone at Maternity Imaging was super friendly. The two front desk ladies I spoke with were both very kind and very understanding. One even got me in last minute and got me in between appointments. The ultrasound technician was super super friendly and so so helpful! I wish he could be my OB because I liked him even more than my own, haha! 100% recommend this place! The prices are also super affordable. I was at the cusp of having a good 3D image for my baby, so the ultrasound tech said he'd do the 3D imaging to check to see if we could get some good shots and if the shots weren't good he wasn't going to charge us for that. He left it up to us on whether or not to purchase the 3D pics. Overall, SUPER happy with this imaging place! Highly recommend! read more

I love this place ,not only because they do 3D 4D pregnancy ultrasound also they do have Medical diagnostic ultrasound. You can just call or walk in for a quick peace of mind . I had my mammogram at a hospital they told me they saw a tumor. We got so panicked ,next available appointment for that hospital was after 2 months ,who can wait that long?right away I googled and found this place I was so happy when they told me come now . I was even more happy when Dr.Krajian told me in few minutes that the tumor was benign and nothing to worry about . Thank you maternity imaging for giving me peace of mind . I scheduled my ultrasound online. During the actual ultrasound I was informed I would need to pay an extra $60 because I was pregnant with twins, and after I had already paid. Nowhere on their website do they disclose that it's an additional cost for multiples or that they spend extra time on the scan. After being charged $100+ I was annoyed that I had to pay an additional fee when the images they got weren't good images. the additional fee included nothing extra, just the base package read more

I was walking passed this store in the Galleria and got super excited because I'm 6 months pregnant and my mom was in town. She really wanted to see the baby. A place that makes everything so special. Booking our 3D appointment at Maternity Imaging was a great decision. As soon as you step right in, Serena will greet you with a smile. I didn't feel like I was rushed and they worked so hard in getting the perfect shots of our baby. My husband and I's first 3D experience was nothing short but warm and sweet. This is a must experience for all soon to be parents! As a high risk mom this lovely place has been not just a source of joy but also relief. Instead of spending any time stressing or having to wait for an appointment- my husband and I have said a couple times "let's just go to the mall!" It's taken a lot of stress off. I am so happy I found this place! I was feeling anxious and I wanted to stop in for a quick vist. Scheduling an appointment was super easy. Its located at a convenient location. I suggest you park at the Orange parking structure to get there quicker.. As soon as you walk in, the location decor is super cute and it immediately smells like baby powder to put you at ease. The doctor was the sweetest! He was very kind and patient with me. He throughly explained everything on the screen and I was finally able to hear my baby's heartbeat for the first time. We had the best experience getting our 3rd trimester ultrasounds here! The ultrasound tech Allyson was so great and really took the time to get great pictures of our baby. She talked us through the whole process and we got to see 2D, 3D, and even 4D pictures and videos which was so exciting! Maternity imagining was amazing and very understanding. Really loved the fact that they accommodated our party 15 people with no issues. While seeing the baby, we noticed her hand was in the way of her face and wasn't allowing for good views. So the technician told us to walk around the mall for a bit and come back to try again. Baby still wasn't moving her hand. Because he had other sessions booked, the technician allowed a rescan at no charge for another time. We came back and this time we were able to see our baby perfectly. We appreciated the accommodations and the experience!! Highly recommend their service read more

I just got the 3D/4D ultrasound done over here and had a wonderful experience. I am currently 28 weeks pregnant and got to see my baby's face for the first time and the entire thing was just so special. Kevork, the man who did my ultrasound, was genuinely so sweet and so caring and did whatever he could (all very gently) to get perfect images of my shy little baby. Called asking about a procedure for pain which, while not surgical, does require a high level of…read moreprecision in where to place the needle in order to get the right results and avoid damaging nerve and other tissues. Called, spoke directly to Arman Antanyan (main person who performs these procedures) and set up an appointment, I thought it would be for initial evaluation but he said they could perform the procedure on that same visit. Since there weren't that many reviews (and none mentioning the procedure I needed), and Arman Antanyan is not licensed as an MD in the US, I asked some questions about his training in the procedure, the clinic's success rate with it, and how many times he'd performed it in the past. I got either no answer or vague answers from him to all of these questions. For the last one, once I asked it Arman said he was seeing a patient and I should call later in the day, then when I called after the time he specified it went to voicemail and I left a message asking how many times he'd done the procedure, and when I called an hour later (still during business hours) it went straight to voicemail, and then an hour after that I got a text from the same clinic # from "Lizzy" saying that they were canceling my appointment because "Our doctors had a discussion and came to a conclusion" that this procedure would "not be effective in your case" based on my medical history - A TOTAL LIE. I'd done all explaining of my medical history during the first phone call when I set up the appointment, they were happy to set it up at that point and only canceled after I started asking questions. TLDR: Clinic canceled appointment after not being able to answer questions about training, experience and success rates, made up lies to justify canceling the appointment. Extremely shady. Do not trust them with your body.

The x-ray technician that attended me was kind and professional. I'm very satisfied with the level of care I received, considering I was a bit hesitant to book an appointment at this specific facility consider the ratings/review. I'm happy to go hear for another x-ray in the future! The facility is very neat and clean, and the receptionists were timely as well. Bathrooms are accessible from the waiting area right near the receptionist. On the other hand, the disability-friendly bathroom right near the entrance door seems to require a key, so please heed that.

The level of care, compassion and professionalism is not only top-notch it is consistent. I have not had an MRI and 2 CT scans at Glenoaks Imaging. I am very distraught that my surgeon harmed me and cut away part of my metatarsal (foot) bone. My surgeon does not want answers, because he knows he botched me. With the help of Glenoaks imaging (including their incredible radiologists that create exceptionally thorough reports), I am able to get real answers that my surgeon can't dispute. It's only with these scientific answers that I am able to forge a path forward to try to fix my foot (which I can't walk on now). The compassion and immense care and attention to detail this team provides people, who are often under duress with a medical condition of some kind, is not lost on those of us who are suffering. As a complete asisde, a word of advise: If you are EVER in a situation where you must undergo surgery, PLEASE get THREE opinions before you go under the knife. Had I done this, I would very likely not be in the position I am now with pain, suffering and disability. God bless the entire team at Glenoaks Imaging. Please keep up the kind and thoughtful work. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this facility. First, their Google and Yelp…read morelistings state they are open, but they are actually closed for remodeling for at least a month. My biggest issue was the lack of communication from the receptionist, Kim. It is very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. When I finally got through, I was told I needed a referral. I went through the effort of obtaining one from my doctor and called back (which took 4+ attempts for someone to pick up) to book and only then did Kim inform me that the business is closed for remodeling. It is unprofessional to string a patient along, requiring referrals and multiple calls, only to reveal at the very end that you aren't even open. Please update your hours online so you don't waste other people's time. I told Kim she would have saved me 10+ phone calls, getting a referral, etc. had she said when I called the first time that she's closed and she just said Okay.

Definitely recommend this place to first time mommy's. Right off the bat you feel very welcomed. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Lobby is decorated nicely with baby decor and you have easy access to the different packages they have. Prices are very reasonable and affordable. Owner is very patient and helpful. I called to make an appointment and get I formed about packages they offered and he answered every question I had. You can make the appointment through phone call or online, very easy. The owner was the one who did my first 3D 4D ultrasound and was very patient with baby and I. He tried everything to get my stubborn baby to move and had so much patience with us. He was Able to get some pictures but hands were in the way. He offered to come back to rescan and rescan went so smooth. There was a girl who did the rescan and she was very nice and helpful as well. Very patient and welcoming as well. Overall a great experience and would definitely come back again when I have another child. I would recommend parking in B5 parking lot. From the moment I walked into the Maternity Imaging Center, I felt warmly welcomed and well cared for. The reception staff was kind, efficient, and made the check-in process easy--even with my nerves running high for our first ultrasound. The sonographer was absolutely wonderful--gentle, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate. She explained everything during the scan, pointing out little details of our baby and making sure we were comfortable the entire time. What could have been a clinical experience was made emotional and personal. My partner and I both felt like we were part of something truly special. The facility itself was modern, clean, and very calming. The imaging technology seemed top-notch, and we were impressed with the clarity of the images. We were even given printed photos and a digital copy to take home--something we'll treasure forever. I can't recommend this place enough for expecting parents. This imaging center was everything I thought it would be. Very easy to find, it's located next to Bloomingdale's on the top level. They Have great packages at affordable prices. I forgot her name but the lady up front was very welcoming and straight to the point, she explained everything I would be getting in the package I chose online while making my appt. I took my family of 5, I believe the limit is 8 people. Baby girl wasn't having it that day and she decided to hide her face the whole time and not want to move at all. So The imaging specialist gave me some chocolate and cold water to try and get baby girl to move and still nothing. I thought it was nice enough that after the end of my session since we couldn't get a good picture of her face they rescheduled me for another appt instead of saying "she didn't wanna show her face so, sorry we can't do anything else." Hopefully next time baby girl isn't so shy & shows her face, I'm excited for my next appt & definitely recommend this place to all mommies. read more

Maternity Imaging is a great place to see your baby in 3D! Our tech, Ashley, was so sweet and patient. During our first visit, the baby was sleeping and her face was blocked by the umbilical cord, so we couldn't get a clear image. Ashley kindly let us come back two weeks later to try again. She even gave us some extra time after lunch to help wake the baby up and improve our chances of getting a good picture. We really appreciated her kindness and effort to make the experience special. I'd definitely recommend this place if you want to see your baby in 3D before birth--especially since hospitals like Kaiser don't usually offer this. Dr Krajian and his team are the very best! my whole appointment was perfect start to finish. The environment is very welcoming and the place is spotless and smells like baby powder. The overall exam was nothing but magical. The packages are very affordable and the quality is the best from there teddy bears to other merchandise. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! I've gone to a couple of different imaging facilities and having a difficut time with the baby not cooperating, but they would give up after 10 minutes and tell me to try again next week. Here, even though my baby wasn't cooperating at the beginning, the person doing the ultrasound took her time to help get the baby into a better positioning and got the most beautiful pictures of my baby. Visit was amazing top tier service from Ashley. She was very gentle and got the best photos of my girls. I would 100% return it was everything a pregnant mommy could ask for. I had the BEST experience today at Maternity Imaging. Julia was so patient with me and answered any questions I had. I'm 13 weeks with my first baby and was feeling a little anxious after feeling some pain recently. I made an appointment online in the morning for that same day and it was such an easy process! Amazing level of service, they were able to accommodate me & my family last minute even though they were super booked. Due to baby not moving & being active, they let us reschedule for another date to retrieve better ultrasound pictures of baby. Second day, pictures & videos taken were precious. Love this place!! Dr. Kevork and Allyson the sonographer are amazing. My baby was being stubborn and they went out of their way to try and get me some good pics which we finally got. I also came here with my last pregnancy and had an amazing experience. Couldn't wait to come back. Highly recommend ! They really go out above and beyond to get you good pics!!
