I have never witnessed such poor hospitality as I received from Frontier Family Medicine. Hands down the most frustrating experience of my life. I was lied to on multiple occasions, was told that my opinion isn't valid, and spent plenty of hours over the phone and in person trying to get a simple referral. Needless to say, I fired Dr. Sandra Spencer as my primary Care Manager and will never return. Everyone I spoke with throughout being cared for by them are Impolite, impersonal, selfish with their time, liars, inadequate, and the list goes on. No wonder why their waiting room is always empty.
