It was needed due to sedative medication, so I was instructed not to drive myself. I am provided transportation thru insurance exactly for that reason but she couldn't be bothered and that was distressing and diminishing. She barked at me dismissively to, "get a friend or neighbor to drive you!". Problem was I had recently moved to Palmer and my appointment was at 7 am! Who wants to have a friend skip work, get up at 4 or 5 am, drive from anchorage to sit and wait for me to have a crown put on? Other than her obstinate rude attitude, everything else was top notch and the new clinic is beautiful! Packed with impressive technology like a machine that makes your crown in minutes! Dr. Mann has a beautiful heart and skilled hand and never hurt me once! I do think he should not rely on such a cold hearted woman to run his business though, no telling how many patients she has run off. She is the sole reason I couldn't give him the five stars he deserves, but I'm honest to a fault! Hopefully you won't have to deal with her and the rest of the front office staff are wonderfully warm, helpful, attentive and very easy to deal with.
