I have never witnessed such poor hospitality as I received from Frontier Family Medicine. Hands down the most frustrating experience of my life. I was lied to on multiple occasions, was told that my opinion isn't valid, and spent plenty of hours over the phone and in person trying to get a simple referral. Needless to say, I fired Dr. Sandra Spencer as my primary Care Manager and will never return. Everyone I spoke with throughout being cared for by them are Impolite, impersonal, selfish with their time, liars, inadequate, and the list goes on. No wonder why their waiting room is always empty. I would never recommend this facility to anyone for any reason.

As it was being removed the dentist committed that I had a root canal and it had fused into my jaw bone. It was difficult to remove but eventually it came out. I ended up going back in a week later for severe pain, she cleaned it up sent me on my way. Now a few month later I have what I can only call fishing line poking through my gums. It's irritating my tongue and is painful at times limiting my ability to eat comfortabl. I'm terrified to go back, there was so much pain and I don't have dental insurance.
