I have had my fair share of issues with this dealership, but that was over 10 years ago and…read moreexclusively with the sales department...the sales manager and finance teams just didn't measure up. However, I have used their service department several times over the last 5 years and would always drive from O'Fallon to go to them over auffenberg for anything warranty or diagnostics related. During one visit, my lug nuts were swollen so they couldn't do the rotation and I wanted to swap out for one piece lugs. They let me bring it back a couple weeks later and rotated the tires with new lugs and had me out in less than 30. It was Friday afternoon, I thought I'd be there at least an hour or two. Sales team is really frustrating. I was looking at a new 150 or 250 but had specific trim/package in mind and the salesman and Internet salesperson kept pushing me to a couple trucks they had which had been on the lot a couple months. I understand they have priorities but if I'm dropping 60-70k, I want what I want. They didn't send a single tremor truck which was the trim I targeted. I found it elsewhere, and told them, and they still spam me about a truck I no longer have. When I bought my first truck in 2008 from them, the sales team were the rockstars and the service department was never available. Maybe they'll get em both up to 5 stars soon.

It took a while to get it completed but they were slammed (no pun intended) with work to say the least. Jeff's an MVP for that place, sincere and cares about his customers satisfaction. Jeff's amazing crew is second to none, they know their stuff and do high-quality work. My Hyundai had a noise after the work was completed (the cleaner noticed it and said something!!) and even though Jeff knew I was upset from it taking so long, he would not let the car go until his crew took a look at it again. I'm ultimately glad he made that call. He went above and beyond to satisfy me and in the end I'm glad I made the choice to take it there. Thank you Jeff and thank you Lou Fusz Toyota Collision crew, you're all heroes in my eyes.

After two hours, they told me that they wouldn't fix my car because there was no issue. The issue was cosmetic and it was a warranty issue from the Mazda corporation that Mazda would fix this cosmetic defect, this was not a recall. I decided to take my car somewhere else and after them taking a quick look I got a new part. I will not be recommending Lou Fouz to anyone I know.

The first was business as usual so no issues there, but as for the second tow it was terrible service. My vehicle was having issues shifting into reverse or neutral so I just needed it towed out of the spot it was parked in. The second driver insisted he takes it to car x even after I explained I just needed to be pulled out of the spot. I was appalled when he said it would be $100 for less work than the first tow. Not to mention he forgot about coming to the pickup spot in the timeframe he gave me. There is no standardized charging with this company, either that or some drivers are here to outright scam you. I would recommend another tow service if you can manage it.
