The tire b would lose air VERY slowly in commuting status, maybe a few pounds per week. However, on longer trips inbound lose 2 to 3 pounds an hour. The tech at Reichers had suspicion on the case, confirmed it and resolved it within a few hours. Turns out it was an installation issue common with Goodyear tires having a paper become right on the bead and the installer not removing it during the installation. I feel like the issues I have had with Carriage Care have reached I point I have to publicly point…read moreout my issues. They have almost cost me a few customers and BROKE MY VEHICLE AND DENIED DAMAGE. At this point I'm advising all friends, family, and customers stay FAR AWAY from this place. I brought a 2008 Ford f150 in for a SIMPLE inspection and change of the outer right tire rod. I had NO LIGHTS ON on this vehicles dash, as soon as it was finished and we went to pick it up, the ABS light is on, and it's throwing TWO codes that was not there both relevent to the side worked on (speed sensor on right front tire and another one I can't remember off the top of my head) So I confronted Mark (the owner) and his reply was (and I quote) "I can't tell the future man", !?!. So I explain he broke it, he completely denied it, took it in his shop, DELETED THE CODES SO THE LIGHT WENT OFF AND SENT ME ON MY WAY!. So at this point I brought it to another mechanic who verefied it was broken during taking parts off recently (basically confirming he broke it). I have already spoken to Mark and denied and had no plan on paying for the damage so now Monday I'm making a complaint to the better business bureau and possibly filling for a lawsuit. At the same time this is happening, he has another one of my vehicles he is putting a transmission in (which is why I chose not to make the big deal about the ford yet), I get the truck he put the transmission in and a quarter mile down the road it loses every ounce of transmission fluid!!!! Not only did he charge over what he promised, he didn't replace the front or back seals, and broke the o-rings and didn't replace them either!!! The lady up front is obviously on drugs and constantly tells me I didn't pay my bills when I have, and they close whenever they feel like it leaving you stuck without your car when you asked specially to have access to it by the end of the day. Bottom line, DO NOT COME HERE

Had two tows within a little over a week. The first tow was 1.4 miles, and came out to $85. The…read moresecond row was 0.8 miles and came out to $100. The first was business as usual so no issues there, but as for the second tow it was terrible service. My vehicle was having issues shifting into reverse or neutral so I just needed it towed out of the spot it was parked in. The second driver insisted he takes it to car x even after I explained I just needed to be pulled out of the spot. I was appalled when he said it would be $100 for less work than the first tow. Not to mention he forgot about coming to the pickup spot in the timeframe he gave me. There is no standardized charging with this company, either that or some drivers are here to outright scam you. I would recommend another tow service if you can manage it.

Then a few days later I had to bring my vehicle back because the issue STILL wasn't fixed correctly and they charged me AGAIN for the same repair (so they triple billed me) and about a week later I ended up having to take it somewhere else. They kept giving me some BS excuse about cold weather freezing up my brake lines. Um... this isn't the South Pole. I NEED my car to STOP! The new place that I took it to said that they CHARGED ME to replace the ENTIRE brake line, but in reality THEY JUST PIECED my old lines, which caused my brakes to FAIL a week after they worked on them!!! I could have had a MAJOR ACCIDENT thanks to these asshats! Luckily, I was in my driveway when it happened or someone could have been seriously injured or worse. I'll never go back or recommend these idiots to anyone. You should seriously reconsider things if they're your preferred place, too.
