And they don't let you have a piercing unless you buy gold jewellery which is more designer then the basic studs. So all in all very basic experience. Wouldn't recommend. Even though you get good service the piercers are still new and inexperienced and the jewellery is trash.

But the manager showed zero remorse, offered no solution that reflected any genuine customer service, and left me feeling dismissed and frustrated. Now I'm left without a piercing and can't afford to get it re-done because they wouldn't take accountability. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this felt like a complete lack of care for their clients. Do better. PS. the person who put in my stud was very lovely and seems experienced.
