We have a salt water pool, and in the beginning, for the first month we were smelling strong chlorine odors coming from the pool. We had guests complaining that their eyes were burning, and we would get out of the pool smelling like chemicals for days. I complained to them, to where they gaslit me saying that they've never heard of such a thing and that they weren't putting chlorine into our pool. But we had several people on different occasions say that the water was irritating their skin and eyes. Long story short, two months later, the situation improved. Now since they started, they would come on Wednesdays. I've asked them since the beginning to change our service day because my husbands only day off from work is Wednesday and we would like to enjoy the pool without being bothered for cleaning. The receptionist kept telling me they would review the service route and let us know. This has been going on since September, where we have been putting the request in for a service change pretty much monthly, with no result. Now with summer coming up, I tell the receptionist, I need to change our service date or we can just cancel. She tells me once again, like every time I call, we will review and let you know. I told her no, I'm tired of hearing that. So then she tells me I can pay $35 a month extra for a specific service day. I don't want a specific day, I just don't want them here on Wednesdays. She tells me a supervisor will call me to discuss. Eventually, days later I get an email from Jason... not a phone call but fine. I respond promptly to his email, and then no response. So finally I call again and say I just want to cancel my service. Receptionist tells me she will put in my request to a manager. I am not asking for approval, I am canceling. A few days after I get an email saying my service has been cancelled. Finally. Now today I get another invoice from them, so I call again and the receptionist tells me it's for a specific service. Now I haven't looked at the portal to see if this service was done, but it wasn't shown in the email that I received. Once again she tells me someone will reach out to me. I am just so tired of this company. The receptionist doesn't take care of anything, the higher ups never call back. One of the employees broke my gate latch a couple of weeks ago, which I found out shortly after because I heard the gate slamming open and shut. I didn't complain about it because I just wanted to be done with this company, I wasn't even planning on writing a review until. But after my phone call with the receptionist again today, I've just had enough. I seriously regret hiring this company. nothing but headaches.

I appreciated the communication and kindness! **************************************************** Overall happy because they kept my pool nice and clear. Communication could be much better. One visit, they removed my pool robot-vac and set it aside. The visit log just simply said "vacuum not working". It had just been working the day prior, so I took a look and it had a piece of mulch that caused it to seize up. Removed the debris, and it worked just fine. No big deal. On another visit, we noticed they did not put any chlorine tablets in the floater. It was just empty. A few days before their next visit, I put my own chlorine tablets in the floater. But when they did their weekly visit, I come home to find the floater set aside on the pool deck with NO tablets in it. My brand new tablets I had just put in the floater were just gone. The visit log said, "Need a new chlorine floater" It was an old floater so the "floor" of it fell out (but you could put it back and as long as you gently place it back in the pool, it held the tablets). I called them and left a voicemail describing how my tablets just disappeared because they decided the floater is no good. I said it would be helpful if they would at least leave 2-3 tablets for me so I can put them in a new floater. So that was annoying, and they didn't even call back. Finally, I had been planning to take over pool care on my own, so I later sent an email letting them know. I know they got the message because they didn't come, but it just would be nice to be acknowledged when customers call or email. Again, overall, they kept the pool clear, so I appreciate that much. If I could do half stars, I'd say 3.5 out of 5. Keep in mind that while they empty baskets (including the one at your pool equipment), you (or someone) still needs to clean the filter once in a while. This helps your filter last longer and do a more efficient job.

I was reluctant to call, not sure of the customer service I'd receive, the pricing, the quality of service provided by the technicians. From the first call to ask questions and then to set up an initial vist; I was so happy that I made this phone call. My questions were answered patiently and politely and my concerns were addressed. The fees and charges were explained beforehand and the needed services were explained. My pool was very green, to the point I thought we would have to drain the water. We didn't have to. Our pool is clear and beautiful! I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. I am so glad I made this phone call. You won't be disappointed! All staff are awesome! Thank you!
