I am one never to write a review but after hiring Reyes Pavers, I thought I just had to. We got several quotes from different companies and Reyes quoted me a great price and also had by far the best reviews. My job consisted of extending my driveway & walkway. In doing so, several sprinkler had to be relocated. I am extremely happy with how beautiful and grand it all looks. We've had so many compliments from our neighbors. It was a pleasure working with Claudia and Santos. Both were very friendly and professional. I have to say they were very patient with me as I am very particular. Originally, I wanted a dark boarder to go along driveway/walkway. Claudia pointed out that putting the dark boarder would close in space and look smaller. She was absolutely right! I am glad I listened to her and did all the pavers with the same color scheme and it looks amazing. I can't express how much I love it! I didn't like one piece of copping on the steps that had darker specs than the rest of the pieces and Santos came out and gladly changed it for me. I also pointed out there were a few chipped/cracked pavers (manufacturer defect) and all were replaced without any hesitation. We also had our pavers sealed immediately after installation. Wow, it made a huge difference. They look shinny and kinda glittery when sun shines on them. I absolutely have no complaints and I'm extremely satisfied how beautifully my project turned out. Great work. Very nice workers. Did our 22 x 24 patio in one day. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I don't know what the deal is with these other reviews but let me take a moment to address one or two of them. 1. The price changes sometimes because the first verbal one from Claudia is a VERBAL ESTIMATE, those are subject to change. 2. The step down, or wall, can very well cost $1000 because they have to order the pavers and dig out a lot, plus do a lot more work to install a step down properly than what you might think. Have you even ever laid pavers yourself properly? Probably not. 3. A lot of companies charge an extra percentage if you pay with a credit card. That is not unusual at all. It's literally everywhere. To give this company a bad review because you are not observant enough is not their fault. It's yours and the credit card companies for charging the fees to begin with. I will use Reyes Pavers again. Maybe, and this is just an idea for all you silly people out there, maybe try being nice to them. I treated them like actual people. I tipped them each and brought them some ice water. I also helped put things back when they were done. These things go both ways folks. I hope this helps. :) read more

I had Reyes quote and install an extension for my walkway from the front door to my patio for $800. When they arrived a worker told me they didn't have enough pavers to make it 4 ft wide. That was ok with me. What I got was a walkway that did not match my original walkway. There was no border. Claudia told me it would be another $800 dollars for a pallet of pavers to add the border. She blamed a small curve in using up the pavers. A few weeks later they ask me for a review. I let them know I was not happy with the results and was telling friends an neighbors. Then I was told they would make it right. I have a text from them on November 15th that they would make it right with no additional cost to me but it would take 8 weeks for the pavers to come in. I have tried to contact them but they will not respond. I have texts and picture that will prove this. I would NOT recommend using them. read more

Reyes Interlocking Pavers did a fantastic job with my installation. However I also appreciate service and they over delivered. Claudia is always available to answer any questions and never makes you feel like you are bothering her. She has so much knowledge and experience. I called many paver companies and because of her service she blows them out of the water. During installation there was something overlooked that could of happen with anyone and they came as soon as I called to make the correction. The team of installers did a fantastic job. Great company. Wanted to do some pavers out back of the house. Claudia came out twice at our request and did measurements and drawings. Later in the day she sent them with the cost sheet. Very reasonable compared to another company we had looked at. On the day of the project start, the crew showed up on time and went straight to work. Took a lunch break and continued on. At the end of the day the project was completed , looked great and the crew did a heck of a job on the clean up. Could hardly tell that they had been here. I needed some pavers to be put back in place after they were pulled up so footers could put down for my enclosure. Someone in my neighborhood told me about Reyes. I called and spoke with Claudia about what I needed done last Saturday. I send her pictures of the patio. She said they could do it and the price was reasonable. Mind you they have busy schedule, but squeezed me in today. All I can say is the team was so professional. The work they did was beyond my expectations. I'm beyond pleased with the outcome.
