Up until recently never had a bad experience and always left thinking about what would be next on the list! However, just had my first bad experience after 20+ years very recently. Involved a written quote obtained while in their office regarding the specifics of the job, and after the service was completed - I was yelled at and cursed on a phone call afterwards - a proposed 50% a increase in price was demanded for the job completed. Legal action was threatened if I did not comply. Ironically - less items on the list were completed and manpower present had decreased from 3 to 2 workers. Reason - that their written quote had been wrong - only discovered after the job was finished and the crew had left. Long story short, won't go back ever. Payment based on original written quote - sent.

High Quality Tree Service is an A++++ Company. Luis and his…read moreprofessional team are the absolute best and you would be fortunate if they agreed to perform your services for tree removal, trimming, grinding or any lawn tree needs. They were at my home for three days (larger job), they were informative throughout the process, updating me on their progress and making sure I was comfortable with their work. They went above and beyond what was expected, cleaning off my roof and gutters from limb debris and removing all tree trunk/limbs from my yard (including the mulch, who does that anymore without making it another charge)? They preformed a skillful most appreciated clean-up. I was so impressed with the end result, I wish I had photographs to show before and after, it's amazing. You will not be disappointed if you hire them, they are no less than fantastic.

I needed new plants to grow back to a privacy fencing and Daniel was very knowledgeable about types of bushes. He recommended plants that are hardy, freeze tolerant and grow quickly.
