My husband explained we sent a cancelation email on 8/7 and they said they did not receive it. We sent the email again and all they had to say was "ok, we will go ahead and cancel your account." No apologies or offers to make things better, just a quick cancelation!! We used this company for over a year and paid $130 a MONTH only to realize we were being scammed because they thought no one was watching. Romay, I'm writing to inform you that we will no longer be requiring lawn care services from Green Image, effective immediately. After observing a persistent weed issue in our front yard, despite over a year of regular service, I reviewed our security footage and was very disappointed with what I found. On 8/4, the technician sprayed only a small section on the front left side of the home while walking toward the backyard. The rest of that side was left untreated. In the backyard, large areas were completely missed, including the entire left side, seemingly due to the onset of rain. I also reviewed footage from 7/7 and noticed that only the St. Augustine grass in the front (right) yard was treated; no other areas received service. Unfortunately, our backyard cameras were being replaced at the time, but given the pattern of incomplete work, I can only assume similar shortcuts were taken then as well. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given the premium price we've been paying each month. As such, we will not be paying for the 8/4 service. In fact, we believe a partial refund is warranted for previous services that were clearly not performed in full.

My girlfriend had to bring this to their attention. They issued a credit. We do not have an irrigation system so service is only supposed to be done before a rainfall. All was going well until Junior (Real name) became our technician. My girlfriend went out and asked if rain was in the forecast and he started arguing and being condescending to her. She spoke to the Sales Manager and the owner who assured her this was unlike Junior. Everyone has a bad day. Today I was home to witness how rude and condescending Junior was. Now we have to use a sprinkler with a hose so it will not destroy the yard. Do not use this company.

I was dissatisfied with the company I had been using and when Keepers of the Green came out to take a look at my lawn, they identified deficiencies from the previous service provider and assured me the problems would be addressed. For the longest time my lawn looked great and I had no problems. Then suddenly they changed my technician. The new technician didn't seem to know anything he was doing and didn't care about providing good service. He was just about finishing as quickly as possible. He showed up one day, put the lawn sign indicating treatment on my yard, and drove off without providing any service. Fortunately, I have cameras throughout the property and was able to see exactly what happened. I called the company immediately to complain and instead of management getting back to me they told the technician who had done the misdeed and he was the one who got in touch with me to tell me that I had made some type of mistake, that he had in fact treated my lawn, and offered to come out the next day to retreat it. Obviously, that would be a big mistake if he had treated it originally because when you treat a lawn twice within a short period of time you are going to burn the grass. When he came out the next morning, I went outside to speak with him before he began anything in the hopes that he would admit his mistake and offer an explanation, but he doubled down and claimed he had performed the service. It wasn't until I challenged him with the video evidence and told him I would go down to the company that day and show management the video that he admitted he hadn't done the service at all. The next time he came out, he didn't do half of my backyard and then when I called to complain about that, he told me he had not pulled enough hose off the truck to get that far. A completely lame and unacceptable excuse!! I then started to notice brown patches throughout my yard that were starting to get worse I called the company to have them send somebody out to address it and a gentleman came out the following Monday. He said he would be out each Monday for a few weeks to treat those areas and to place grass plugs to kick start regrowth. He only came out once and never again. I called to ask about the lack of follow up and no one called me back. I have come to find out that the company is no longer locally owned and operated, but was sold to a large conglomerate. I guess that probably explains the poor service and the lack of proper and timely responses to customer concerns. Their webpage still says "family owned" as it did when I hired them years ago but they are not unless they mean owned by whatever family owns the conglomerate. Disingenuous for sure. I canceled the service today and I've hired another company who I hope does a much better job Unfortunately, I was told that the damage to my lawn would take almost a year to recover from. This company is not the company they were when they were locally owned, and I don't think anyone should hire them to do their lawns as I have seen many reviews recently with customers complaining about the same exact lawn issues that I have experienced. My lawn went from looking beautiful to being one of the worst in the neighborhood despite the fact that this company charged me $91 to come out each month and treat it. Money down the train at this point, but no more. No stars from me if that was an option.

Our existing lawn/pest service offered to do an "irrigation inspection" which consisted of nothing more than pricing out a new controller and solenoids for each zone. After no luck connecting with about 4 different irrigation companies in the Tampa Bay area, I was eventually referred to Sunrise Systems. Harry responded by phone quickly and came to our home within an hour of my initial call, after completing another job in the area. In about 45 minutes Harry resolved three separate issues - not only bringing my irrigation back online, but optimizing the system for pressure and coverage allowing us to conserve water. Harry saved our lawn with his decades of expertise and the equipment already on his truck - and he did so for an extraordinarily low price. Support this local businessman. He is an absolute pro! Harry will treat you fairly and knows what he is doing. He even gave me a referral for a koi pond expert who could help us to prepare our habitat for repopulation. I will be referring Sunrise Systems to everyone who needs help with their irrigation system. If you've got a sprinkler emergency - call Harry!

But will argue about it and gaslight you into thinking they know what they are doing. I have had a professional landscaper evaluate everything they did in my yard, and I will most likely need to have it all redone. Including the sprinkler system that was improperly installed. They didn't even properly replant some well established very expensive plants that died within a few weeks. I could go on. They claim to have 10 years experience and to be #1 in Tampa Bay Area, but there is no evidence to be found. There is another Southern Dreams on Tennessee, but not them. But when I initially asked, they said it was. They claimed to have relocated the company to here in Florida. The "owners" only met 4 years ago. I found a tree removal service they had in a small town in Tennessee called Rodrick's. And a scathing review. Beware.

Jacob was able to price out the cost of materials with professionalism and attention to detail. He was punctual, communication was top notch, and the finished result looks great. Not to mention, his rates are very reasonable. If that wasn't enough, he was super friendly! It's refreshing to work with a new local business that takes pride in doing quality work, no matter the size of the job. I would absolutely recommend his services and in fact plan to hire him in the future for another job!
