They also washed and vacuumed my rig so it sparkled. Finally, they found some additional damage the appraiser had missed. The folks at Kennedy fixed that too and filed all the necessary paperwork, pictures, etc. so I didn't have to. I would recommend this body shop over any other I've had dealings with here.
