Talk to Alex and the team and im sure they can't help with what ever automotive issue your having. Greatful to have found an honest, quality shop with good people.

Then we were told we needed a new radiator to make the warranty on the transmission good. Went to pick up the vehicle and was told the O2 sensor was bad. Told them we would change it. Guess what? Problem not fixed $7K later. Took it somewhere else. They replaced the plugs. Also found the wires going to O2 sensor were pinched and was cut from installing the transmission. My advise is run, very, very fast in the other direction.

I gave them the vehicle to diagnose brake function, check all belts, and to charge up the A/C. The…read moreoffice woman told me there was a "shakiness" that indicated replacing the center support bearing and the axle shaft seal also needed replaced. I OK'd that. Everything was done except charging the A/C. She gave me a long explanation that told me nothing. She likely forgot as nothing about the A/C is on the invoice. So, it will require another appointment. Also, the mileage is not listed on the invoice. They claim their work is reported to Car Fax and they should need the mileage. There is also no indication how long the repairs took, just a total bill. And there was a fee which I would have to pay if using a debit card. The management would be better served with new front counter help that is better with scheduling.

I always pay for the best car wash $18 and I appreciate them letting you run your vehicle through…read moreagain in 24 hours for free but my last washes haven't been worth a dime. I have a Subaru Forester and nearly every time they hand dry it they miss the middle of the hood. I had to wipe it myself with paper towels today. As another reviewer said they leave a dirty V in the middle of the hood. The wash or wax used spit out these spider like webs on the driver's door which I didn't notice until I got home. They wipe off with a fingernail but I have to do it. I've found their service has gone down considerably in the last few years. Perhaps old equipment but certainly poor employees when drying the vehicle. My Subaru Forester isn't a 1 ton pickup with a 4" lift so the hood is easily wiped down. I shouldn't have to run it through twice in 1 day but I will from now on and come back the next day and run it through again if I have to. I hate saying anything bad about them but I have to. I'll use another wash if I have to. I don't want to do that.
