My range hood replacement was assigned to Masterpro by American Home Shield. I went back and forth with their rep (Vinny) over the course of many weeks trying to get it scheduled with Masterpro. Masterpro confirmed the installation date this morning after which I get a call from American Home Shield saying Masterpro declined the job because it isn't in their area. My address was known to them at the very beginning of the process so hard to understand how they don't work in the area. I do not recommend using this company or American Home Shield. Both are completely incompetent. Responding to Felipe's response - you had my address at the beginning of the process (check the multiple text communications between me/your company and the dispatches from AHS). I would expect your company to state the obvious that you do not service my area before you tell me to have AHS correct the job assignment for your company. read more

Same experience as others. Costco dishwasher customer. MasterPro called to specify a 3pm-7pm delivery time window on a Friday. Friday night came and went. No show, no call from this company. Wasted 4 hours waiting. I tried calling MasterPro no one answers. Complained to Costco. Costco resolutions team tried to call, they couldn't get a hold of them either. I requested a different company but Costco said this is the only company they use. I changed the order to delivery only and Costco will reimburse us $ 200 to find our own installer. read more

They are here right now refusing to remove our dishwasher and install our one because the guys don't know how to do anything with the water line. Absolutely useless. I attempted to contact the company in advance and was never responded to. My husband is on the phone right now with David and the guys who are here are attempting to fix a leak they caused. Wasted our whole day and now apparently we have to have a plumber out to replace a valve???? The gentlemen who came to our unit just left and left our water off what the fuck??? Update- they also left a pipe loose so we can't use the water at all or it will leak. It already has done damage to our unit. We have spent hours on the phone with Costco about this. We finally got a message last night saying that we were going to be the very first job the next day 9-11. It is not 1130 and they just let us know someone would be by in an hour. This is a total cluster fuck and this business is to blame. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE Update- the guys who came to install our dishwasher DIDN'T HAVE OUR DISHWASHER. They thought we had it??? Don't know why we are so shocked. We have no idea where our dishwasher is or when we are getting it. Update-They caused damage to our home and are ghosting us. I bought a KitchenAid dishwasher thru Costco. My communication regarding the installation was spotty at best from MasterPro. I had to prompt them for answers and reminders. They arrived today trying to upsell me on the airgap parts. The parts cost me $20 but they said the parts would be $100. I said no thank you, please just connect the water line and leave. The installers spoke very broken English. It was a little difficult to communicate. I got the person on the other end of the text messages on the phone and told him we didn't want the airgap parts. He told me it would automatically convert to a drop off only. I'm pretty disappointed that Costco would contract work out to such a poor quality service. Overall my experience was not great. I would not recommend them. read more

Same issue as the people below. They come for a free install and then charge $250 "for AirTag and drilling". I have no problem being up to date with code and law, it's the absurd company pricing that is the issue.
