I'm at a loss why Costco continues to use this company. As you can see from other reviews, their service is subpar. I took off work and waited an entire day for a dishwasher delivery to learn at 4pm that they decided not to come and instead would deliver it three days later. They were supposed to provide a two hour delivery window the night before, they did not. I had to call Costco, who then had to call MasterPro several times throughout the day, just to learn that their technician got sick the night before and couldn't make it. MasterPros claimed they spent the entire day making calls to that tech's customers but hadn't got to me yet. Why no call the night before? How many possible installs could one tech have in one day, that they've been "making calls all day" but hadn't got to me yet? Why am I not a priority for the next day? Things happen, but it's really disappointing being lied to and treated as though my time is not important to me. One courtesy phone call would have made a world of difference. I've escalated the matter with Costco as they too expressed their disappointed. Waiting to hear back. Let's see what happens. read more

My dishwasher died and I got a new one delivered from Lowe's easily. However, they didn't offer installation -- and the contractor they referred me to wanted to charge me $500! I put our bids on Yelp and Felipe was one of the first to respond, committing to an appointment the next day with the lowest bid by far. Felipe sent two technicians who came out on time, quickly got to work, and cleaned everything spotlessly. At the end I wanted a minor adjustment in how far back the washer was set and they worked at it until it was perfect. On time -- meticulous -- did the job right -- and were super polite. 10/10 experience and highly recommend Maestro to anyone who needs an appliance installed quickly. read more

They needed to deal with a separate cabinet panel insert above the installation area and handled that without any problem, looks great, we're very pleased. MasterPro fixed a bad situation! We were having massive problems with BestBuy and the microwave we purchased from them. That's a whole different story. The only thing that went well was MasterPro's installation of the third microwave. Once again, BestBuy gave us a 7 hour service window for the installation but MasterPro communicated quickly that they would arrive in the morning between 8-11am. That morning, I received an email saying they would arrive at 8:30am. Fernando and Pedro were timely and quickly installed the microwave making sure it was level and that it worked. They kept the area clean while working and made sure that my kitchen was spotless when they left. Thank you Fernando and Pedro for turning around my awful experience with BestBuy. read more

Extremely unprofessional. No phone call before they were coming, though they did arrive within the time frame. Tried to sell us an air gap for $100 when its only $5 at home depot. We said no thanks to the exorbitant air gap and guess what they cancelled our installation. And they refused to haul away our old appliance even though that was part of the deal, but guess what they took with them the cardboard box the new dishwasher came in ALONG with the insulation blanket. Now we can't use the dishwasher thanks to this unprofessional team. Avoid at all costs. read more

I had them install before but when the dishwasher could not be repaired, Bestbuy decided to replace it. Master Pro was the installer. My 90 year old parents and I were treated very poorly. I was called a bitch in spanish because I complained when they nearly removed the entire counter top when they removed the old dishwasher. I heard there was a 'big problem', again in spanish, but the lead person would not explain. The lead guy got very angry when I refused to sign that the installation was fine and there were no issues. I later found that several items had been stolen from the garage and my prescription sun glasses form the kitchen table. I notified BestBuy and Master Pro and required a re installation as I had no confidence in it. BestBuy required that MasterPro complete the work. I required a supervisor and the CEO accompanied the new crew. I will say the new crew was bothered by the fact that an employee behaved as he did and did not like that they tarnished the reputation of the company. They checked and did a proper install including putting the countertop back where it belonged. As for the CEO, he seemed bothered to be there and would not discuss any of the problem with me. At the end it was a rough - are you satisfied attitude. I indicated no as I wanted the stolen items returned. For information I figured out that they probably placed the stolen items in the old dishwasher and took them from the property that way. I will now insist in inspecting all removed appliance before they are loaded on the truck. read more

Was able to schedule a double wall oven removal and installation with Felipe and he was able to accommodate our delivery schedule. Due to SIP, we requested that they wear masks, gloves and booties and Felipe happily complied. They removed the old oven carefully and transported to our driveway where it was going to be picked up and reused. He had to make some modifications to the electrical connection to enable the new oven to fit and needed extra time, but was able to talk to his next appointment and complete the install. Very neat, professional, and skilled. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Don't worry about lack of Yelp reviews - he has plenty of reviews on other sites read more
