I'm picky by nature so at first I appreciated that Chris sent me a video explaining the signs, materials and various options available to me. I feel like his initial tutorial was helpful in educating me on the process of ordering a custom sign and also helped me determine the direction I wanted to go in. Later Chris patiently FaceTimed me so he could answer all my questions and review various design options. After I decided on a finalized design and paid the deposit it took only two weeks to get our lovely sign up. The price was fair and competitive with others in the industry. Overall this was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this company.

I reached out to different printing companies and My Sign Design offered the most competitive pricing as well as lightening fast turnaround time. They do operate out of two locations, so I ended up having to pick up my order from their Chatsworth location instead of North Hollywood. I didn't mind though since they did offer me a way better price for my print than anyone else nearby, so I felt it was worth the trade off. On top of it being a quality vinyl print, they also made a second one for me at no extra charge as a backup, which was super appreciated! I've installed cut wall vinyl once before and I did in fact need a second one after messing up installation on the first. So I was amazed that they thought of that before I could even ask. Plus they gave me tips on installation and demonstrated how best to position and peel the vinyl. Just overall top notch service! They'll definitely be my go to for any future print orders.

We had business cards printed on Vistaprint and the quality was horrible. Vistaprint even redid it and they were still not good that's why we wanted to have them remade. When the timeline fell apart, I was not fully refunded, even though no real work was done. I also had to follow up myself just to get basic answers. They kept $35 for no service. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. Businesses that take upfront payment, misrepresent work done, and refuse full refunds are not trustworthy. Plenty of better options out there -- save your money and go elsewhere.
