We're a band out of Los Angeles, here in Dublin for a few days before our tour kicks off…read more Troubadour Rehearsal Studios was everything we needed and more to get prepared for our set. Since we flew in and our backline rental wasn't scheduled until the first tour date, Troubadour was a very helpful source. We were able to book a space with a full drum kit, amp and even used one of their guitars. The space is extremely clean and you can tell it's looked after with care. They even have a coffee and tea station which came in very clutch for our singer. Bryan was quick with responses when we were emailing and inquiring about booking a room. Karl was very helpful on our first day with handy tech knowledge of their gear & monitors. He even aided in referring us to gear companies in Dublin for the few items we were still needing to source for tour. All around it was a spectacular experience and we'll definitely be back our next run through Ireland!

I came here for the first time yesterday with a new band I've been playing with. Luckily my…read morebandmate knew exactly where it was because if you don't know you might have some trouble. It's hidden inside a business park type place so you have to follow the road around until you see the sign. I've used a lot of different practice and rehearsal spaces over the years and I've gotta say that this was probably one of the cleanest I've ever seen. They've got somebody in the front that was willing to loan our guitarist a guitar when his was acting up, and tea and coffee available on the house. It's a far cry from opening the door to my old space and seeing a stinky gangsta-looking guy laying on the multi-color stained floor foaming at the mouth as I lock up and leave and hope to God he doesn't wake up and try to rob me. If you need gear they are pretty well set up. You pay an extra 5-10 Euro depending on what it is, drums and higher end amps are obviously more expensive. You book the room, the time, and the gear you want and they set it up and have it ready for you when you get there. Compared to the hole in the wall places in the states that I'm used to, Troubadour is pretty nice and reasonably priced.
